I am sure you have read loads of links from many people but you have never read mine on this subject. I doubt you have read The Constitution. If you had you would know without asking me to explain what is in Black and White regarding Freedom of Speech.

The First Amendment, perhaps the best known of these freedoms and protections, prohibits the establishment of a state-supported church, requires the separation of church and state, and guarantees freedom of worship, of speech and the press, the rights of peaceable assembly, association and petition.

There is no such thing as a "No Free Speech Zone" In The US. That is until this criminal activity and Crime against The Constitution and The American People. He is acting as a Dictator bypassing Congress and presenting his crimes in secret for approval..

How can you become upset when he signs an executive order, and then declare there is no president?

Being a photoshop expert means nothing when you've never seen his birth certificate.

It's fine that you don't believe Obama is the president. The same way that it's fine for an 8 year old to still believe in Santa. Though the 8 year old probably understands capitalizing proper nouns and proper paragraph structure.

Again, quit making assumptions about me or what I may or may not have read. Attack the message, not the messenger.

As far as the free speech zones thing goes, it treads a fine line that I am not sure would be upheld if brought to the Supreme Court.

I can see *SOME* reasoning behind it, and I think some of the supporting argument for it (if it were to go to the Supreme Court) would be a 2003 law that states "willfully and knowingly to enter or remain in any posted, cordoned off, or otherwise restricted area of a building or grounds where the President or other person protected by the Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting" is a crime.

That being said, I dont agree with what they are trying to do with it. They will counter and say that they are not restricting the free speech itself, only temporarily restricting the areas which it can be exercised.

I would like to see a challenge made to this and see it go all the way to the Supreme Court. My desire would be to see the law torn down, but who knows what would happen. If the Supreme Court says that it is Constitutional, then there really isn't much arguing that, since it pretty much IS "whatever they say is law."

But in your train of thought, the overwhelming majority of Congress that passed this bill should also be kicked out with Obama, correct? Or are you just headhunting for Obama?

It's a fantastic, scorched earth doomsday policy that the government has embarked upon, knowing that their buds at media central can easily sway us to fight one another, starting. of course, with black versus white, and all points in between. There really are so few to take care of. Look for the ones that pass legislation by signing bills in order to find out what's in them. It really is that simple.

Tax cuts for the wealthy...now there's a typical Democrat spin....the Democrats have been saying that for years, but it is the Democrats who passed Obamacare which has tax increases for.....everyone including the middle class. All that nonsense the Dems spew is just class warfare. Millions of ordinary people have built up their 401k plans for many years and the Democrats want that too. Really if you feel the need to further argue the point, I am certain I can come up with another list of radical stuff he's done and is doing, oh yah before I forget, going into Libya without Congressional approval but doing it because the UN approves it, approving of the leftist Soros funded riotous Occupy movement which has still not denounced having the CPUSA and neo nazis marching with them, his shady dealings with ACORN, ties to Bill Ayers, and promoting the signing of UN Treaties which clearly are meant to disadvantage the US and bring in the NWO.
