So it's legal in some us cities, that justifies a new definition....because us Americans are always right.

No Scotland and England are part of the UK. The UK is made up of Scotland, England, Wales and N.I

However countries such as Scotland have their own parliament which has the power to create laws in Scotland and such but it doesn't have complete control as it has lesser powers in Westminster.

This decision was taken by the ruling party in the Scottish parliament - The Scottish Nationalist Party- and It will only affect those in Scotland.

I used to have a chat buddy from Scotland. She was a supporter of Scotland's independence. The forum was closed. I miss her.

Britain is England and Wales. Great Britain is England, Wales and Scotland. The UK is, England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

I just celebrated my 20th anniversary with my husband.

The only "special rights" - - are the RIGHTS included with Legal Government Marriage. Which every American couple (hetero/homo) Equally has a right to.

Same sex marriage is already accepted in england and has been for a while, tho not long enough. Im glad scotland are finally catching up.
