Megaupload is merely a tool. How its users use the tool has nothing to do with Megaupload, and they should not be liable for its users actions. Why

Microsoft is doing the same thing with skydrive,there is dropbox, rapidshare, hotfile, filesonic, fileserve, wupload, megashare, and dozens more. Lets
take them all down why dont we.
