I don't see why it's not a cult. It seems to fit the definition.

It's just not a cult. You can't just will it to be. I am due to join in September and I can tell you I have read all the horror stories.

The guys in the Lodge I am entering can't raise enough money to pay for the antique hall we have to be repainted. You see it still has lead paint and they have to have it removed before they repaint.

So... I guess world domination except for the EPA? Sorry, can't buy the fear.

So basically the argument is because they're rich, they don't have any rights and have to tell people what's going on.

Nixon wouldn't go because he KNEW it was a gay child rape fest, he even stated so!!!

Actually Nixon said that about the place AFTER he went there. If you watch the right AJ film their are pictures of him there.

Don't agree with the Grove thing either but your average Mason is cooking pancakes, not plots. Sorry if reality doesn't keep up with Austin TX folklore but... It doesn't.

You have no idea what you are talking about. You really think it is a "fact" that child rape is occuring with hundreds of witnesses? And that Nixon admitted to such a thing? What Nixon said was that the people from San Francisco that attended the meeting were "faggy" and that he wouldn't even shake hands with anyone from San Francisco. He wasn't disparaging the whole event, he was disparaging the climate of San Francisco at the time.

If and when SHTF, you will be glad to have Masons around, just like they were glad in 1776.

Something just isn't right about a secret organization . WHY does it need to be secret?

Again, what is secret about it? You know about it, we all know about it. We know when and where and who meets. If you want to be a member, then pay your dues and join up. I don't know much about the Grove, but if I were interested in it, then I would go check it out myself.

I know a lot about Masonry, and so does everyone else apparently. You have more secrets than Masonry does. I have more secrets personally than I do for Masonry.

If you were having a "secret" party, that we all happened to know about, and we suspected you guys were having discussions that we don't all agree with, should we storm your house and demand you fill us in? Of course not! You have a right to a private party, and private discussions, and private decisions just like everyone else does.

If you don't like the guys making decisions, then stop voting for them, and stop buying their products!

People are taught to pride themselves on how hard working they are, while the ones at the very top effectively rob everyone else blind, and people still go around bragging about how hard they work to enrich an already rich guy.

Any time someone is profiting, it will be at the expense of the little guy, in our case here it's the consumer who is overcharged and the employee who is underpaid. Businesses are like casinos. They rig the 'game' in their favor, and that's how the rich get richer and the poor stay poor.

Why don't you get yourself a copy of the "Franklin Cover-up" and READ IT. It is written by a former member of congress who was in the know. Connect the dots and see what you see. Children have come forward and exposed what has happened to them inside the "Grove" and quite a few have died as a result of exposing the child rape there.

And glad masons are around, no f'in way, they are the worst people on earth, I have known quite a few, former father in law, glad he is dead. can't wait for the end of all those BS "secret societies" and their crap!! Have bought and passed out so much anti-masonic literature, waking people up to the truth, don't believe masons are bad, read John Quincy Adams, Letters on Freemasonry, do some freakin research then come back and chat about it.

Sure are a lot of people upset about some old guys meeting in the forest to drink, dance and sing.

"But...but...but.......some of them have positions that make decisions and stuff........"

Ok then. Let's play the PROOF game.
Name 1 single policy, directive, law or procedure that is the DIRECT RESULT of them meeting at this Grove.

I'm not talking about Mister X who's on the board at Company Y etc. I mean - 1 action-item that was created at BH as a result of them meeting there.

Then (if one can be identified), ask yourself this.....does this item warrant the need to spend so much energy protesting it?

What would you do if someone is shoving you with a stick, you would grab it to make them stop. That old man wasn't hurting anyone speaking his mind, it was the cops that kept pushing them back for no reason but to show the protesters "we have the power".

Cops continue to protect the elite while abusing citizens rights. It's no surprise people are losing respect for law enforcement every day due to their actions.

Do some research? How about 6 years in the fraternity, with one year as the Worshipful Master of my Lodge, and several visits to Grand Lodge, and many friends that are Grand Masters and 33rd Degree Masons? Or how about my 5 years in the Shriners, and my service on the Divan?

I don't need to read JQA, I can write letters on Freemasonry of my own, LOL!

Oh, I know, I know, I'm just a "low-level Mason," I don't know what really goes on at the top.
I love it when people say that. They don't know me, and they have no idea what level I'm at. I'd be happy to do some name-dropping, but it would just sound like bragging and name-dropping, because that is exactly what it would be, and you still wouldn't be convinced anyway.

I don't really know or care if he goes or not, but I'm curious why you would trust your list so much?

Hhhmmm...one of those automatic reactions, I guess...I concede that there is likely some room for error with the list but considering the fact that it is a facsimile of the list that has been posted all over the web then I'm going to give some consideration to its' veracity...

If it really is the elite, scary, well-protected event that people claim it is, then any list would surely be incomplete.

How does that logically necessitate?

Maybe someone could get a list by observing the people coming or going, or compiling a list of quotes of people that admitted to going, but it would be basically impossible to call the list complete. Dozens of paparazzi have trouble keeping track of stupid little pop stars, so surely a well-connected, well-protected world leader would have no problem sneaking in or or out of an event?

World leaders would have no problem sneaking in and out of an event but it's mostly unnecessary considering the fact that the protest interrupted the day enough to force the employees to park a few blocks away and walk past the protestors and into the grove on foot. The protest also forced three members to do the same - which means they have no issue with walking past people. I passed them as I was walking back to our vehicle to leave and this is the license plate of their car...which was parked on the side of the road...

So basically, their secrecy is mostly a product of the lack of viable information available...and their lack of advertising. The list was leaked and is used to associate the members with their geographical area within the Grove's acreage...while I concede there could be last minute additions and special guests (both scenarios making Emmanuel's statement more of an ego trip than anything) I think the list is mostly accurate.

I think Emanual is all ego-trip anyway.
Just like that license plate.

This is the reason I don't give too much credibility to any of the rumors of shady dealings that supposedlly go on at the Grove. Anyone looking to influence world politics and make big deals is not going to do it at that fruity little get-together with egomaniacs that are likely to get you into trouble down the road.

Now, as far as the sex parties, and getting dirt on one another, maybe that is true, I don't know, and I don't want to know. If it ever affects me personally, then I will do something about it, but for now, I'd rather not know all the dirty secrets of everyone in the world.

The people in Bohemian Grove should have sent out some cake to the protesters as a gesture of peace. Yes, let them eat cake, just like the French Revolutionaries were offered.

Some interesting 'coincidences' surrounding the Grove...Northwood Golf Club is in Monte Rio - literally five minutes drive or less from the Grove.

Northwood sound familiar in the conspiracy realm?

Operation Northwoods was a series of false-flag proposals that originated in 1962 within the United States government, and which the Kennedy administration rejected.

Source

Seems there is an interesting Kennedy association surrounding the Grove because Michael Paine owns some land close by -

In the winter of 2004, Chris joined with his father Michael Paine to purchase outright “WildNest” -- the 158-acres of undeveloped forested land adjacent to the compound ranch.

Source
Distance to The Grove is 9.4 miles.

Michael Paine is famous for his acquaintance with Lee Harvey Oswald...

He became notable after the assassination of John F. Kennedy because of his and his wife's acquaintance with alleged assassin Lee Harvey Oswald.

Source
Futher Discussion of Paine

One thing is certain...there is no shortage of issues with the Grove...and I think people who aren't so inclined to think that there is a problem with that annual gathering just aren't doing their homework...

The parties you are talking about are organized by invite only . And an agenda is put together for our countries leaders to be indoctrinated with . It's about as close to espionage as you can get . For you to promote it or condone it says you are a part of it . This country is moving into the NWO control where sustainable development adopted by Clinton that morphed into Agenda 21 will place us into a Socialist Government . Perversion isn't the only thing going on at the Grove . These rich people have their own places for relaxing of their own . There is globalism going on there and we don't want it . Private parties is not the issue but the global indoctrination of my employees , our employees is unacceptable .

I do like kinky sex parties.

I'm also a Mason, and I work for the government.

I'm not into all male parties though, or children, or spending $30k per year for something I can get for free at my own house every other Saturday.

Well now ! How can I top that ? Got your own grove thing going on now and destroyed your credibility . The funny thing is you avoid the facts and try to derail the debate with cute little remarks .

The same thing was noted on this end as well...right back to the denigration of the sexual themes associated with the event and not the real issues.

Interesting...

We're on page 9 of this thread. I probably have 15 posts in it already. If you need facts, go back and read my earlier posts.

To become a member of the Grove it takes 2 members recommending you, $25,000 up front, and $5,000 per year dues, and there is a waiting list that is supposedly decades long. I'm sure the waiting list can be superceded for the right price though.

If I decide to run for the House of Representatives in 2016, I won't be doing it as a Grove member, or with a billionaire pocket book. I'll be doing it as a regular guy that wants to see smaller, less intrusive government, more personal responsibility, repealing of many laws, legalizing of many habits and vices, and with the intention of getting rid of mandatory sentencing and 3-strike laws, and with the intention of releasing at least 50% of our current incarcerated folks and putting them on a better plan to reform them through probation, counseling, and job-training. And, I'll be pushing all those things as a Republican candidate, because the Republicans used to stand for small government and personal freedoms! IF I do such a bone-headed thing, against my wife's wishes, I will be looking to unite the Blue Dog Democrats, Libertarians, Tea Partiers, and old school Republicans under one philosphy.

Now, if I were to do such a bone-headed thing, against my wife's wishes, and if my little sexcapades were to come up in the discussion, I'd be happy to answer openly and honestly, while also saying it is no one's damn business, and that is kind of the whole point of my platform!
I'd also be sure to ask the inquisitor about their own sexual preferences, and be sure to spend a little campaign money vetting their answers, just to make sure we're all on equal footing in case some other moroon wanted to ask irrelavent questions.

So, yes, on occasion (not every other saturday unfortunately), but on occasion, I've had some fun, and I still will from time to time, and it is still legal for now. BUT, if people like you, and others in this thread have their way, and if you keep voting in these leaders that want to dictate everything about us, and if you keep prying into everyone's secrets like it is your right, then pretty soon none of us will be free.
