To be fair, the first part of your video describes a conversation about weaponizing the atmosphere, but cut off before he probably said "but we never did any of it obviously" all that other stuff, well it doesn't sound too good but I don't think the government would let any crazed scientist mess with the weather-people just are incapable of trusting authority anymore. It's sad.

And what would proof consist of exactly?

Do you really think it's so implausible that people would get occasional death threats? You've see the irrational fear and hatred on the Facebook groups - I just posted a link to tens of posts advocating shooting down planes.

There are crazy people in the world. Some crazy people believe in covert geoengineering.

With great respect, and great love, I must with all my heart suggest to you Uncinus that we avoid using such phrases as: "Do you really think it's so implausible that..."

It is way too easy for a chemmie, a pathological mistruster of authority, to turn around and say "Do you think it's so implausible that the Military is conducting experiments on the populace without our knowledge" for example.
