That doesn't always work out so well. First, they'll start keeping a list of people who threaten them and then when those people get sick or injured, it's off to the farm. I have some experience with this and dentists. Sometimes it is smarter to not piss them off by putting a gun (real or rhetorically) to their head because at some point you may be under a general anesthetic. It's easy to die on an operating table, even with dental surgery.

I think I would rather outfit "Bob" with a Barrett 50 cal and an M13xx scope. I would be going for accuracy and the "go large or go home" approach. LOL
