11:11 and syncronicities

I don't know but everyday, I look at a digital clock and I see 11:11 (am or pm) it freaks me out! I did some research on that and it seems I am really not alone to se 11:11 everyday (or often 10:10)

What do you think about that!! I think that 11:11 is an important number or symbol and that is no coincidence!

I do the same thing! There are 3 or 4 threads on this that have a lot of theories and suggestions. I was very surprised to see that quite a few of us have this and that I'm not the only one who does this! It's pretty creepy!

Thats from watching your clock alot. It's a good thing though because you don't have to worry about your clock being stolen since you keep an eye on it so much.

I have a friend who has noticed the same thing - same time - and she stumbled across some similar information that suggests there's a hidden meaning in all of it...she says she doesn't go a day without not noticing it...

Personally, I catch myself looking at the clock at 9:11 almost every day...

To me, I think it's just something that perhaps you do on accident several times, and then you become concerned or paranoid about it, your body registers this event in your internal calander and just spins itself out of proportion...

Hahaha, the thing is I DON'T keep an eye on the clock...it just happen that when I look at it, it's 11:11

i would put forth you simply recall looking at 11:11, but 10:43 just goes by unnoticed.

And I'm the same way, I'm not looking at clocks all day long which is what makes it really wierd that it's always the same time that I happen to see when I DO look!

Maybe my experience can help solve this mystery.... about a year ago when I was feeling the need for a change I saw 11:11 and other repetitive digits frequently, like 3:33 or 10:10. So I began meditating a lot and started undergoing a time of spiritual enlightenment and discovery during which I saw double digits, not just in clocks, but everywhere. For example, one time on the radio they were talking about being the 15th caller to the radio program, and at that time the clock read 1:55 as I was passing an address sign that read 1515 Main St. (Freaked me out personally) Sometimes when I saw the double digits I would even feel energy surge into my body. But now once my spiritual transformation is mostly complete (or at least I feel that it is) I don't see the double digits anymore often. Odd eh?

Awsome find Amelia. In numerology, 11 is a master number, and coincidentally, is somewhat related/aligned to my name/birth date. I suggest others who are effected by this go here and see if they have the same thing, to see if I'm making any sense with this new conspiracy theory.

can you keep a log on what time it is when you check, and if you go a day without seeing 11:11 ?

My theory is that as you go about your daily life you do things and then look up at a clock (ie to see what time it is, how long it took, how long you have left , ect..), you do it the next day because lets face it, humans tend to develop habits. Your body gets used to it and you start doing it daily. I do it at school, some people are probably just more attuned to the time frame inwhich they do things, or inwhich they look up at the clock. I beleive that you just develop the habit of looking at the clock at certain times.

My friend has a crazy grandma who says ya gotta make a wish when you look at the clock and see that it's 11:11 or 3:33 (especially 3:33). Apparently it's some kinda old traditional thing in their family.

Funny you mention this as I just posted about 11:11 in another thread I can't remember. I always thought it was the time that something significant would happen to me. Now perhaps there is another reason. I'm definitely not a clock watcher, and prefer analog watches and clocks, but whenever I do look at a digital one, its usually 11:11. Sometimes happens twice a day, and not related to any habit like break time at work. Just happen to glance that way.... Interesting site though.

If you lived in NYC, but flew to LA on business, would you see NYC time or LA time?

I'd start to worry if it happen more then twice a day. Could mean you need a new clock.

It happened to me many times while in Spain on vacation. I live on the east coast of the USA, but I saw 11:11 nearly every time my hotel room had a digital display.

A few years back I always used to always look at digital clocks at 12.34. Then I started always seeing 3.33 for a while. The trouble was it was 3.33 AM and I was waking up from sleeping, only to find it reading 3.33 night in, night out. Stopped now though thankfully, I can actually get a full nights sleep.

Must have been all those digital clocks they had back then!

I also have the same experience with 11:11. Don't know what to make of it.

I'm sure it has some signification, There is something about 11:11, but not only on clock, on numbers of any kind..date, adresse so many people see 11:11 often, there must be an explanation, maybe it's like a matrix
