I understand how political discussions can get heated, but as a Man I would not have taken a swing at her!

If you believe your arguments are solid then debate the issue in the arena of ideas.....don't haul off and smack the lady.

This guy obviously does not have the intellectual capacity to put his ideology forward without resorting to violence. I'm all about a bad politician getting some knuckles in his face, but this was not one of them times and a women does not need to be slapped unless she is beating the ever-loving snot out of you!

I am glad he is going to be arrested. Greece is a pressure cooker now, but that is no excuse to break down into violence over a political disagreement. Violence against women is heinous.

This man is a disgrace and for anyone to say what he did was ok, justified or whatever, is just sick.
