In a more serious post though, the images are amazing.

I just heard something on the live feed that is interesting though. Venus will not be in the west after it transits. Does this mean that we will no longer see venus in the evening, and that it will become the morning star.

Yes, In a few days time Venus will appear just before Sunrise as the Morning Star.
