The guy on the ground seemed unconscious, the attacker even dragged him at one point.

Why wasnt this full video released earlier? Why did they edit the footage down?

Without a zoom in it is hard to tell what s happening. And I saw no nose biting or face eating, maybe if it was blown up we could get a better look.

but at 16.30 a cycler passed by, he didnt notice, looks like he missed it, how come ?
other people cant see it, theres a wall between the pavement and road, you will just notice a naked man doing something and thats it. But the cycler....hmmmm

Overall I think response time is actually 8 minutes.

The cyclist actually dialed 911, and so did other cars that were passing by. What really saddens me is how no one stopped to help.
