UFO over Austin TX, KVUE news posted during Solar Eclipse. Clear daytime photo!!

I have been a long time reader and have posted comments from time to time. I came across this on my local news page the other day. This happened at 7:30 pm while some guy was watching for the recent Solar Eclipse. He took one photo of this object in the sky that was moving. I haven't done any further research into this but thought some of you guy's may want to. What do you think it is?

Crazy picture.. whats annoying (and I knew this would happen) is that now when I see photos of UFOs I can't help but wonder if it's just a strange drone.

But either way, whatever is in the picture, I have never seen before. S&F
