Patriat Act Barred By Judge

Hey this is my first post,. I hope it hasn't been covered yet.

NEW YORK (AP) -- Declaring that personal security is as important as national security, a judge Wednesday blocked the government from conducting secret, unchallengeable searches of Internet and telephone records as part of its fight against terrorism.

Thank God somebody stood up and said something, it is nice to know not every federal judge is buying into PNAC's malarkey. This is the most dangerous era in US history for the citizenry, we stand at some precipice and what we allow to happen now is what we will face now and hand to our children. I'd like to pass this life knowing I gave them a free country, not a capitalist run dictatorship.
