The entire NHL knows how Dubas conned the Leafs and how deeply he has buried the Franchise from the business side of things....they are waiting to eat him alive and are beginning to do just that.

When a 28 year old Tavarres was brought on board the Leafs became his Team...he is an ELITE ESTABLISHED NHL PLAYER IN HIS PRIME....HIS PRIME......essentially the entire potential development curve of the Leafs was chemically altered forever when Tavarres was signed...…. there is zero question who should wear the "C" in Toronto when John Tavarres plays there....and he can easily hold that title for 5-6-7 years.....right into the Primes of the Leafs core.

Time to bring in Six-Gun Pete Chiarelli....and to blow up this Leafs logjam....the Stanley Cup mix is just not there...Dubas has built a completely top heavy structure....intentionally...he made BET it would pay off...he GAMBLED with all of the Leafs Fanbases dreams and the Ownerships money and reputation...and all he has done is lose.Its time to bring in a Cleaner.Pistol Pete.

Time to spread that top-heavy offensive talent the Leafs have mistakenly stockpiled around the rest of the League like the Oilers had to do.... and turn it into Stanley Cup pieces...surrounding John Tavarres not Austin Matthews with what he needs...….building a Stanley Cup DEFENSE for Mike Babcock to win with....a John Tavarres led Team with a top end NHL Defense and Babcock Coaching doesn't bow down and roll over in the first round.

An offensively top-heavy one dimensional roster and a room that is full of potential but devoid of leadership structure .... even with Babcock Coaching.....cannot possible hold onto the message long enough to make it through all of the challenges a Stanley Cup winner must overcome.

The single most incredibly stupid thing Kyle Dubas has done is bring in John Tavarres…..because he ushered in his own executioner....IMHO we will soon see Toronto Ownership and Management 86 Dubas and bring in a respected experienced mature G.M with a solid reputation so the leafs Roster can be restructured to have more balance between offensive overburdens and defensive inconsistancies…..in other words trade some high end offense for some high end defense and let Tavarres run the show for the next 5-6 years.Kyle Dubas cannot get this job done for many different reasons.

THE NUMBER 5 ….. that's how many times McDavid will get clocked in the Neutral zone before he is absolutely blown up and the Oilers stop using the modified Trap.....the Trap doesn't work against the NHS...THE nhs WAS DESIGNED TO BUST UP THE tRAP….LOL....MOST OF THE BEST NHL TEAMS NOW USE A VARIANT OF THE NHS.

The Trap removes the flexability to pump the brakes and step on the gas at will....it removes the ability to change gears and levels constantly...this plays against everything that has brought the best Oilers Players their success....its going to make them targets for HUGE HITS in the N-Zone.

Someone please save Samorukov from the tire fire.....I would have rather seen him releasing his onetimer or just letting bombs go all game long than watch Bouchards calm patient method....Boosh is already thinking NHL style....he is not taking AHL level risks.....but Samorukov is as exciting as hades and he produces.

One last thought...guys in the AHL ought to know that statistics don't deem them the best call-up option unless its for a top6 role.....mistake free hockey is what you need when you are called up and end up on the dumpster lines......in the past we have repeatedly seen guys who are hot hot hot get the call-up and then be smacked on the 3rd or 4th line getting garbage minutes and simply cooling off completely....you don't bring top 6 guys from the AHL to the NHL TO PLAY BOTTOM6 MINUTES AND STYLES....ONLY IDIOTS DO THAT.....AND LKE IT OR NOT EVERY PLAYER CANNOT DO EVERYTHING......most players are human beings with strengths and weaknesses....its derelict to expect guys to come up to the NHL and succeed wen put outside of their comfort zone.

The "Tippett-Trap".....is legendary....both his Roster Players and Opponents are well aware of his traditionalistic approach to the game.....

2011 was the last year a Tippett-Trap Coached Team made the NHL Playoffs.In 2011 Daves Club managed 42 wins,by simply parsing Tippetts resume we can see that he has failed to register the required 40+ NHL Regular Season wins required to make the Playoff cut,in 2013-2014-2015-2016-2017.In 2009 Pat Quinn first utilised the NHS as Head Coach of the Oilers....management rejected his approach....then Ralph Krueger stepped in as HC and he decided to follow the same Philosophy as Pat Quinn had been beginning to follow...a cutting edge NewAge way of viewing and managing the NHL game both on and off the ice....a superior communication method......Ralph was sacrificed by the Oilers and cut loose prematurely so Craig MacTavish could hire a completely green unproven AHL Coach named Dallas Eakins who had been following the same online NHS Philosophy that Pat Quinn and Ralph Krueger were also learning and applying....Eakins has shown the ability to produce winning results consistently @ the AHL level using the NHS core value concepts and "someone" was able to get close enough to Craig MacTavish to WHISPER IN HIS EAR that Eakins was using the best System available and winning with it....Pat Quinn and Ralph Krueger were upstanding NHL Hokey men with class and acumen who would not stab anyone in the back....both men were honest straight shooters..different styles but equally honest and forthwith.....these men RECOGNISED THE SOURCE OF THE NHS...and were not willing to rip it off without crediting it.....however as history shows the Oilers were NOT WILLING TO HAVE IT BE MADE PUBLIC THAT THEY HAD SHAT THE BED IN 2009 AND LOOKED A GIFT HORSE IN THE MOUTH IN THE PROCESS LOSING CONTROL OF A REVOLUTONARY sYSTEM IMPACT....the Oilers chose to 86 both Quinn and Krueger to keep that dirty little secret silent....to NOT GIVE CREDIT TO THE CREATOR OF THE NewAge Hockey System....to undermine and rip it off instead.....

DallAs Eakins was using a stolen System in the AHL AND HE WAS WORKING WITH A THIEF CALLED TYLER DELLOW WHO HAD BEEN BLATANTLY STEALING NHS DATA OFFLINE AND REUSING IT FOR HIMSELF AND HIS FRIENDS...his contacts were online hacks that had been HELPING HIM rip- off the NHS since 2009....starting right on the Oilers home site with a Mod named Bronco who began ripping off NHS data and then providing it to other online sources who then restructured the data and reposted it as if it were their own....this DEPRIVED THE EDMONTON OILERS OF THIS DATA....and of the opportunity to connect to the creator or source.

The Oilers tried to bring in the heavy hitters....they tried to bring in a Ringer who was properly using the NHS and not having to pay for it or aknowledge the source of it...a thief in Eakins …..and his henchman Dellow who was the online connection that lured Eakins into the fraud ....once Eakins was in then all they had to do was connect Eakins to MacTavish....letting Craig know they understood what was happenng and they were willing to screw the NHS right along with MacTavish...willingly and happily....and this is what they unsuccessfully tried to accomplish.

As history shows us Eakins and Dellow were both silenced and then 86ed...followed up by the same treatment for MacTavish.....this is because someone with brains found out what they had been doing...essentially screwing ownership out of winning and success to preserve their own skinny salty arses.

Above MacTavish was Kevin Lowe....and K-Lowe was the first Oilers Manager to go to war with the online creator of the NewAge Hockey System....over the fact that an Oilers Moderator on their site had been stealing and re-distributing NHS data from their site....the Oilers TRIED TO RECRUIT THE CREATOR OF THE NHS....but this crooked Mod who had online access to all communications on the website caused interference and DISCONNECTED THE OILERS FROM THIS SOURCE by banning the anonymous poster from the Oilers site preventing any further communications before the 2 parties could connect at which point the theft and fraud by said Moderator would become common knowledge..... the Oilers refused to stop their own Moderator from stealing and re-selling data posted on their website,It was demanded they 86 the Mod named Bronco because of the historical theft....the Oilers/K-Lowes response was that this person was a volunteer and not an Oilers Employee....attempt number one at being Teflon and covering up a crime.

Kevin Lowe drew a line in the sand and refused to punish anyone in the Oilers organisation or to in any way indict them of doing anything wrong....he went all-in to protect someone within his group who had committed theft and fraud and other crimes....volunteer or not the Oilers as a business were then and still are responsible for those actions.

In 2009 several Oilers Players who were well aware of the drama unfolding in Edmonton between the Oilers and an Anonymous online Hockey Savant,Jarret Stoll and Matt Greene were both traded to the Kings,Stoll was in the know completely and involved with following the NHS and learning it wether his Coaches or Management in Edmonton agreed or not....in 2012 with 25 games to go in the regular season with Playoffs quickly falling away the Los Angeles Kings made a drastic and massive Systemic change.....they altered their ENTIRE SYSTEM....they ADDED NHS CONCEPTS AND PRACTICES THAT STOLL AND GREENE HAD LEARNED IN EDMONTON AGAINST THE WISHES OF MANAGEMENT AND COACHES......THESE 2 EX-oILERS TOOK THE GIFT HORSE THEIR OLD CLUB HAD LOOKED IN THE MOUTH...and cleaned her up then rode her right to the Stanley Cup AGAINST ALL ODDS.

The entire story is right here on this thread as we already know however I recently met a Plumber in Edmonton who is a hard core Hockey Fan and we had a short discussion about the Oilers and their History....one of the first realisation he had was that this must have cost me millions of dollars the ideas were worth millions of dollars,I already knew this...but for some reason it really pissed me off to hear it from a new acquaintance who clued in so fast to the fiscal loss.until today I had never felt ripped off because I was always in a heated battle with no time to squander,today I felt it,loss,and my reaction is as always,to destroy,the Oilers,for what was done and for remediations which will never be made,for these simple reasons Moma2 will not cease until McDavid asks to leave...NO PLAYOFFS....NO BREATHING ROOM,NO SUSTAINED SUCCESS,NO WIGGLE ROOM...utter and complete destruction on every level possible.

The Tippett-trap is going to completely expose the Oilers current Roster...because unbelievably the idiots have done it again...crapped in their own bed....they took an organisational focus that was aiming at supporting the speed /skill game that the League is evolving towards,a focus they were LATE ON FINDING ANYWAYS,a focus they invested a lot of organisational CURRENCY IN,AND THEY NEUTRALISED IT COMPLETELY.because,a Tippett-Trap Team has to be Physical and strong and nasty and willing and able to work AS A GROUP DOWN IN THE TRENCHES WITH SUCCESS,Lucic would have been perfect,Neal is not,a Trap-Team means...STOP-START-STOP-STARTSTOP-START.....ALL ALONG FINDING AND MAINTAINING PHYSICAL DOMINANCE AND OWNING AND DEFENDING REAL ESTATE.

Wrong System and Coach for the Roster=epic failure imminent.

This is what will not work...ok...maybe if we start here the pain will seem less intense as the season is frittered away over the first 25 games.

It WILL NOT WORK if Tippett thinks he can simply load up his first line and then trap his way through the season....oh I know what the stats say about the goal shares of Connor and Leon....and I know how attractive it is to a Coach who has fallen behind the Leagues evolutionary pace to simply follow the numbers then try to build off of what is already there.

It wont work.

It wont work because of how easy it is to deconstruct the things Connor and Leon do together....its much harder to stop an entire Team....its childsplay to stutter-step 2 Players who are producing a huge goal share from the same line....utter childs play.

Here is the best part of all.

Once those 2 individuals are analysed and are remediated....the data goes in everyones "book" on them....so as we go through the first ten to fifteen games and encounter the majority of NHL System types and these core value Pillars are exposed within each of them.....well lets just say the Book is always being written....after the level of individual exposure that NHS based analysis can produce there is no coming back...and no Connor is not immune in fact he is easy to remediate.....

So basically to shut down Dave Tippett ASAP all you need to do is wait for the NHS data to hit the stream and follow up on it....the big risk being taken is that the Oiler 2 Premier Players can repeat last seasons statistical anomaly.....in case no one was paying attention Moma2 did NOT target Connor and Leon at all....has not really ever....and Nugey has been nurtured not hammered upon....Nurse has also been left pretty much alone excluding the wee little spankings he and Klefbom got a few years ago at the right times.

It is my personal belief that the habits and the methods and tactics …details...Connor and Leon have developed can be unwound as quickly as they were wound up.....by the right type of high level Hockey Analysis....they call it breaking down the footage for a reason.....lol...except we will be doing it in real-time....not postgame.

Don't blame the Goalies....remember Dubnyk and Talbot...both very very good Goaltenders who were destroyed by the NHS and we will never forget Luongo who was branded for life by the NHS in its earlier years.....just remember that when the goals start pouring in in the 1st periods of games it is a System weakness not a Goaltenders weakness...although we will certainly see the Goalies weak spots illuminated and optimised as the Oilers System is deconstructed with predjudice.

Kosskinnen will not even know what hit him and Smith will be melting down before the 1/2 way mark of the season....

I also think its important to knock down the potentials for Connor and Leon to repeat last seasons numbers...and really just as it is with the entire Team if you cut their feet out from under them at the very beginning it has the most impact down the road a little ways....so snuffing their fire for 25 games and keeping them well below their PPG averages of last season until they fall so far behind the pace that THEY KNOW THEY WILL FAIL TO DUPLICATE LAST YEARS NUMBERS...well this is a critical part of destroying the Teams season ASAP.

And really after last years expedient destruction its going to be hard to re-set the bar higher...but we shall try....to numerically exclude the Oilers from the NHL Playoff race ASAP....even faster than they were 86ed last season.

Maybe its time for someone to begin asking why only olde dogs ready for retirement are being hired by the Oilers....why they cannot find and hire any of the New young cutting edge NHL Coaches and minds.....LMAO....methinks it might be because they all know where they learned their current craft from and its the Oilers worst enemy....lol..lol..lol….and they will NEVER GO HEAD-TO-HEAD WITH MOMA2....so one is left to wonder which of them would jump the bit and bridle to come to Edmonton if Moma2 were to become a supportive part of the equation.

I hope Dave Tippett is aware that before the lead starts flying and the season begins....he can PM and leave that Phone Number to his Office here where it belongs....asking someone you just met who is credentialed and who has established tenure via RESULTS BABY...to play a Puppet game of "find my number" cause its your only shot....LMAO>... and try to slug your way through the organisational checks and balances like anyone else ….forget it that is simply disrespectful and disingenuous …. Moma2 heard that song and dance over a decade ago... including the proper business plan speil….and the do it like everyone else speil…..but doing it like everyone else makes you just like everyone else...and who the heck wants to be a Vanilla Gorilla when you can be anything you want including a winner.You wouldn't treat a peer like that and the buck stops there.

Just so we are crystal clear here....what Bronco did that has caused the Oilers to suffer such an incredibly epic historic and definitive fate … is...he intentionally weaponised his position as a volunteer website moderator ….and after accessing private messages between an unidentified Oilers Rep and Moma2 that proved that a productive connection was being offered by the Club in which Moma2 was asked to condense the NewAge Hockey System down into a 40 minute format that could be presented to a group....once the little rat arse saw this happening he realised that the thefts he had been actioning by copying data posted on the website by a member of the site first then deleting it from public view using his Moderator powers.....then he passed this now proprietary data to other people who reformatted it and then re-posted it on their own websites for profit eventually turning this into NHL Consulting jobs for guys like Dellow and Dubas who were original thieves working together as a Group....

You see...Bronco...SANDBAGGED the Oilers AND Moma2.....Bronco banned Moma2 BEFORE A 2ND COMMUNICATION COULD HAPPEN.....you see the wee little plick read Moma2s Private reply to the Oilers stating that there was way to much NewAge data to condense it down into 40 minutes and still get the philosophy and concepts through to everyone...that it would take more time than that but that Moma2 was DEFINATELY INTERESTED IN MEETING WITH THE OILERS just not under the strict traditional business terms … you see BEFORE THAT MESSAGE WAS SENT THROUGH TO WHO IT WAS MEANT FOR which likely would have brought the Oilers and Moma2 together in 2009 ------ THE OILERS WEBSITE MODERATOR BANNED THE POSTER WHO SENT IT AND DELETED ALL THE DATA POSSIBLE.... once the site banned Moma2 no further Private Messages could be made and the conduit was cut completely .

VOLUNTEER OR NOT THAT oilers PROXY-employee ABSOLUTELY SCREWED HIS EMPLOYER BY STEALING PROPRIETARY INTELLECTUAL DATA FROM THE OILERS SITE AND THEN PASSING IT FORWARD FOR PERSONAL OR GROUP GAINS...and this particular person is who kickstarted the so-called advanced stats movement....which eventually was fostered into an industry of its own with the help of Oilers ownership who financed the Sloan Sports Analytics Conferences and weaponised that by highlighting the THIEVES WHO HAD BEEN WORKING WITH THEIR OWN THIEVING MODERATOR and in this process laundering the stolen Proprietary Intellectual Property.

It is important to understand that when a different route was taken to explain what had been done online and the issue was properly taken to the Oilers Official Office...the Oilers defended the Moderator and simply stated it was a Volunteer and they were going to do nothing about it....this was Kevin Lowes decision.....this was Kevin Lowe choosing to close ranks and defend one of his own at all costs....and K-Lowe vis a vis the Oilers....decided to defend the wrongdoing of the website employee and at all costs no less.

As you can imagine this started a feud between the Oilers and Moma2.A feud catalysed and stoked by the Oilers own website Volunteer/Proxy-Employee.

This is critical to understand because today as we approach the beginning of yet another NHL Oiler Season...the ONLY THING preventing the Oilers from making a productive positive connection to the NHS is this age-old FEUD...started by Bronco/KevinLowe…..there were many wrongdoings committed by the Oilers during this feud unimaginable things considering who they were actioning them against....however over the last few years almost all of those issues have become water under the bridge because the Oilers CORRECTED THEM AS BEST THEY COULD BE EXPECTED TO....with the exceptions of remediating the blackballing of Yakupov and with the more critical exception of NOT 86ING THE WEBSITE MODERATOR "Bronco" WHO INTENTIONALLY CAUSED ALL OF THIS BY WEAPONISING HIS VOLUNTEER POSITION SO HE COULS STEAL PROPRIETARY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY FROM BOTH THE OILERS AND MOMA2 THE ORIGINAL SOURCE ....LITERALLY COSTING MOMA2 MILLIONS OF DOLLARS AND THE OILERS MULTIPLE CHAMPIONSHIPS AS WELL AS LITERALLY A HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS OR MORE.

You see....once again as is the historic pattern Moma2 is giving the Oilers a chance to come completely clean....BEFORE THE DECONSTRUCTION BEGINS IN EARNEST AND WITH PREDJUDICE.

The NHS is a fire-and-forget type of impact...once the battle is engaged its Autopilot all the way.....after the Oilers core is absolutely deconstructed and shredded on every level....the damages cannot be repaired and in some cases will be career defining...the setbacks will be so severe and deep that careers will be altered...…...this level of analysis in absolutely never ever seen by the masses because its value is so extremely high it is protected more than gold bullion by NHL Clubs who consider it to be Proprietary Intellectual Property they pay for and never share .... when this type of extremely powerfull accurate data is presented to the entire NHL it becomes instant common knowledge....exposure is deep and immediate and in many cases irreversible due to the inability to correct bad habits before becoming a blackhole of onice mistakes due to the pace and level of NHL plays and players.....once a weakness has been identified every Jackal in the NHL Pack will be trying its best to rip out that Achillies heel to hamstring the Oilers ASAP.

By the 15 game mark the Oilers BigThree will be completely and fully aware instinctually that their seasons are going down the crapper at light speeds and they cannot put the brakes on the spiralling trainwreck….. by the 25 game mark the statistical quicksand will have with a 100% surety denied a repeat of last seasons production with absolutely no more chance of making the Playoffs.....you see the REAL RECORD THAT IS GOING TO BE SET THIS SEASON IS ONE OF FUTILITY....missing 13 of 14 Playoff chances ....and it will simply be a by-product of Moma2 refining the work...improving the methodology and processes...putting the Playoffs NUMERICLLY out of reach in the shortest number of games seen to date bettering last seasons record.

It historically takes an average NHL Coach 7-8-9 games to recover System continuity against NHL Opponents after a frontal attack by Moma2...hence the weaponised 7ish game losing streaks we saw two seasons ago when the pattern was focused upon ..perfectly timed and executed....IMHO it will take Tippett longer to adjust...I am thinking the range of recovery for him after deconstructive attacks will be around an 8 game losing streak and or an 11 game winless streak....to be repeated as needed to numerically hamstring Connor and Co.and remove them from the Playoff Landsacpe.

Faint hope....its the only way to snuff what McDavid brings.....you need to bust his NHL Seasons up early and terminally because he will always be able to make a massive push on his own...under normal circumstances on any other Team in the NHL that didn't have to battle Moma2 due to a Feud....McDavid would be in the Playoffs every year...literally....but when Moma2 rips the rug out from under him by stutter-stepping his entire team so badly that even he in his Super-Connor Cape cannot get them back on pace...it breaks his spirit and turns him into the one thing he despises a points suck....a weakest link selfish type of player...LMAO....IMAGINE IF YOU WERE McDavid AND YOUR tEAM WAS NUMERICLLY 86ED FROM THE pLAYOFFS BY THE 30 GAME MARK....what do you play for...what kind of player do you become inside...how much are you forced to change as a person....what drives you to lead the League in points and to earn the respect of your peers....lol...nothing that's what....once the reality of Playoffs has slipped away no one can be all they can be....and its a very very long 52 games to wear that Scarlett Letter on your arms as known losers every year.

We are going to put the Oilers BigThree into a System induced COMA...until the Playoffs are numerically out of reality...and then we shall release them...to score as many selfish ME-POINTS as they want to....you see these men have already been "changed forever" by the Feud their Employer refuses to surrender to....and as the Universe is my witness Connor and Leon and everyone else better take a darn close look at Nuges career and learn how to cope like he has managed to do....because in nine years he has only seen the NHL Playoffs once....McDavid is entering his 5th season and has seen the NHL Playoffs once....if he misses the next four in a row he will be on pace with Nuges career curve in terms of winning and losing.....Nuge is 1/2 way to 1000 NHL games and he has only seen the Playoffs once.

I am afraid that McDavid is already well on the way to being relegated to a lower echelon post-career because of his inability to take his Team even into the Playoffs...Generational Players not only make the Playoffs but they win Championships…..one Playoff appearance in 5 years is not the production of a Generational Player....every year out of the NHL Playoffs now sinks McDavid down an exponential distance from the top of the heap discussions...and every single injury he gets due to his all-in style takes him a step closer to an abbreviated career curve....I have never seen one Player have so much pressure put on him....not even Gretzky or Lindros.

In 2009 RNH who is the longest serving Oiler insitu was developing in the WHL....in 2009 Connor McDavid was playing Pee-Wee Hockey....in 2009 Pat Quinn was using the NewAge Hockey System on the ice with the Edmonton Oilers....in 2009 the Oilers went to war with what would turn out to be the catalyst of LEAGUE EVOLUTION FOR THE NEXT TEN YEARS....that feud has carried over until today and shall continue......until Bronco is gone......from the equation....completely...and remediations are made.....a movie would be a good start....so now that all the cards are on the table.....lets get this party started!

Either there is a brace that took Connors cadence out of whack and he bailed on his own stride voluntarily or he simply felt unsure and was proactive and took a dive...or maybe his body refused to put itself where and how he asked it to and it shut him down on its own and he took the tumble we all thought when we saw the video.

You can only ride that fine line of pushing re-hab until the body itself overrides the software and refuses to let you do as you choose with impunity....it will collapse itself before it will allow another injury to occur due to to much pressure on new connections being applied to soon...this isn't the kind of scar tissue which you can stretch out like a shoulder to get it on track...nope....if Connors body is overriding the software which is exactly what I saw then that is his signal to pull back his expectations voluntarily...above the medical speil simply because Connor gets the message first in subtle ways like he just experienced...and all he has to ask himself tonight is this...how many times in his career in the NHL has he fallen forward like that....and if this is not even a rare thing but is an unheard of thing then he has to do a Personal Self-Assesment of his current focus and motives....because I cannot remember him falling forward like that I will state comfortably that this is NOT A NORMAL OCCURANCE FOR HIM.....which leads us at light speed right to the reality.....things are not working normally and is not just a small hump you can gut it out through....that was a prime directive message from Connors healing body to his brain it was a red alert and the Auto-Contain Safety feature was engaged before the Auto-destruct action could happen...Connor was asking to much to soon...everything tried to do what he asked...but there was a misfire....now even if it was a tiny tweak of pain or a catch somewhere and Connor bailed out more than was forced out.....the MESSAGE is the same.

The 1st line looked and played like an NHL nd line which is what they were auditioning for....the looked head and shoulders above everyone else...as they should have in that game....Gagner had an excellent game in terms of playing effectively away from the puck and creating havoc and space for his linemates IMHO and Neal looked ok but couldn't really put on his serious NHL gameface in Pre-Season , NUge looked ready to go..... the game provided the data required IMHO... yes they look like they can be an impactful NHL 2nd line together …. another game and we can call it a sealed deal in terms of trying it out when the real shooting starts.....next Group up?

Dave...you are in trouble....already...be forewarned the destruction will come fast and furious and the goals will be rinsed and repeated if as a Coach you do not immediatly adjust....like next shift repeats.....more goals are now being scored due to System influences than due to individual Superman efforts.....this means its lees individual Player error and MORE Coaching and System vulnerabilities.

Not much to be gleaned from these 2 Pre-season games other than I like seeing how Tippett used the Pre-Season to highlight who he wanted how he wanted....well done and a step forward to micro-manage those game dynamics to get what is needed.
I didn't miss how hard Samorukov worked his hass off trying to make up for his mistake....in my eyes he did enough after it to negate it...he showed a real conscience and a real desire to correct and repent....and he pushed right to the bitter end not trying to pick spots just overall trying harder on every shift...which is IMHO the correct approach.

Last nights line up had a lot of grit and tha grit was not showcased....that's a detriment to Players who may not end up Playing NHL Oilers games down the road...other Teams may want that grit but we didn't get to see any of it really...especially guys like Benson and Samorukov and Jurco….and Bouchard....we need to see things get chippy when the lineup is built for it like it was last night...now likely an opponent will throw a chippy roster at our skill to do their own evaluations....IMHO WE FAILED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT DYNAMIC LAST NIGHT.....Coaches.

Moma2 with absolution has enough data to focus IDA and IDM on the big picture...…..simply sharing Intuitive Dynamic Analysis would hamstring the Oilers…..sharing the proxy based Intuitive Dynamic Management tactics would completely disenfranchise them.

Why you ask has Moma2 remained silent....absolutely silent......dead zone silent.

Because with a guy like Dave Tippet you learn most when you spend more time LISTENING TO HIM....every tiny tidbit he says is extremely revealing and connected to his emotions......which are connected to his personal management processes which lead to the revelations on how he manages his Work life and load....and the Oilers are now = Dave Tippet.

Jurco would fit with Gagner perfectly.....he is to talented to be used how he is being used now...he reminds me of Miroslav Satan in many ways....I do not call Neals goal production SECONDARY SCORING I call it PRIMARY scoring.....when the horsehoes stop falling....the reality that improved defensive zone tactics have helped the Goalies out tremendously is being overlooked....I will NOT EXPOUND ON THOSE NEW TACTICS....you are welcome DT.

IMHO some basic tweaks...and the resulting improvement in Goaltending results have been the only difference …… literally...… of course I see how many small NHS tactics have now been added....the details illuminate every single one of them.....I believe I have a solid read now....the horseshoes are almost all gone now....the really hard work is about to begin.

I will say that I do not forsee NHL opponents being able to slow the Oilers Team down much this season....not on their own...not without Moma2s Analysis.

Contrast is very revealing......seeing this results pattern forming gives an opportunioty to utilise stark contrast....you see nothing will slow the Oilers down now.....there will not be Valleys and Hills...nope….this is the reality.....what they have done so far they can and will do all year long......they know how extremely short the NHL Regular Season actually is...they know how to pace themselves now....the energy expenditure curve and the commitment to play hard for 82 full games is there now because of this group awareness and the sense of constant urgency that comes with it....this group now knows the danger of the "CURVE " the danger of Hills and Valleys that others take for granted as normal when really they are traps designed to take you off of the straight line to your objective.....every time you have to hit the brakes to take a corner or a hill you stray from your straight line or the OPTIMAL PATH....the Path of Least Resistance.

This group knows you step on the gas...find your POWER BAND...dial it in....and let it burn baby burn.....that there is NO PACING YOURSELF....there is only the correct OPTIMAL PACE you must maintain at all times....ITS CALLED A HIGH OCTANE STEADY BURN.

I see a proper management of 0 full minutes......and in contrast I have also seen the shut-down brakes applied successfully...well it was a near miss I think Tippet learned from and now he will be less likely to pull back again because he now sees he doesnt have the type of Team built to button down games consistently and thankfully he never will in Edmonton....he has to learn to keep pushing till the end offensively and to not allow his men to get Turtle Brained....to not teach them any bad habits like hitting the brakes when it is not needed....you don't work 49 minutes to build a perfectly managed POWER BAND so that you can waste the next 11 minutes screwing around hitting the brakes for no logical reason...….this is how the Oilers have to operate...IN THEIR POWER BAND....they are now learning it and how to manage it and when to push up to it...when to set it up how to work their way up to and into it.....and also how to finish games still firmly in it....and they are doing a great job.

Finding ways of completely finishing 60 minute games within your Teams power band is called learning to apply FOLLOW THROUGH to your 60 minute effort.

I am not seeing any olde style Round Table interference at all now for some reason.

I am seeing genuine SUSTAINABLE GROWTH.

It is my esteemed opinion that this Oiler Teams 2019-20 growth curve will level off into its POWER BAND @ around game 30 and there will be an incredible powerful push through the meatiest part of the Season....I do not believe they will be slowing down....this pace we see on every level is System and Philosophy driven....this is the right mix if you will.

Moma2 has been applying IDA and IDM to every single step of the Oilers path to date...all of the data is in now....the Deconstruction Template is complete.....there is now a BUTTON TO PUSH.

But Moma2 is enjoying the show....and Bronco is gone.....there is the matter of Sammy and Nail.....and now Jesse Puljujarvi...Sammy is well taken care of in his current situation ....Nail has not been repayed for the horrible screw-over the Oilers gave him.....and its going to take some creativity to get that job done.....its been on Moma2s mind this year a lot.....22-6-2.....@ the 30 game mark in the exact middle of their POWER BAND......if no ground has been made up on Nailer and Jesse....and if Tippet doesn't lose his loose attitude towards Sammy ….especially that last point.....getting me "Tipper"???.....Sam Gagner is a STALWART OILER THROUGH AND THROUGH...he is a big part of this Clubs history and he deserves some bloody respect...you forget the little drama you worked with after he was screwed over and 86ed from Edmonton earlier....you developed you snotty attitude based on that dynamic....the one the Oilers intentionally poisoned back then...so TAKE A STEP BACK DAVE before you trip over your own feet and end up sucking for air...show some clear respect for Sam Gagner and the Oilers history in General....Moma2 WILL KICK THE SNOT OUT OF YOU IF YOU PUSH THE WRONG BUTTONS......that being said.....Sam is well taken care of and is working with Management and Moma2 sees that clearly....this belays the fact I don't like the tude I picked up earlier in the year from DT.

This means you don't put him with slugs....you put him with guys suited to his current toolbox...meaning slightly faster younger linemates…..who naturally play below the puck and conservatively...consistantly.

A lack of consistent DEPTH-SCORING will bite you sooner or later....SECONDARY SCORING DOES NOT= SECOND LINE SCORING......it equates to bottom six scoring.....this is an immediate need....and you cannot have a loose cannon high risk focus here either....it has to be experienced veteran and wily....creative due to League Acumen and experience....in the Reality Dictionary you will find SAM GAGNER under this heading.

There is no better asset within he Oilers realm to bring legitimate NHL LEVEL secondary scoring than wily Veteran "Silent Sam "Gagner…..Moma2 gave him that nickname because his offense comes out of a very quiet type of style...like Draisaitles...it just appears out of nowhere...out of seemingly quiet plays where nothing exciting seems to be happening.....its CREATIVE.....its NATURAL..... the 30 game mark ...understand.....?Sammy-NAIL-JESSE….then we are square....everyone happy and taken care of with proper diligence and respect.....not a single drop of attitude....just respectful remediation....or your goose is cooked @ 30 games ...it is written....and even though things look soooo good right now...they are extremely FRAGILE ON MANY LEVELS.

If Taylor Hall ends up in Toronto...look out....or in Pittsburg...could you imagine the damages Sidney could inflict with Hall on his wing.....Halls free agency very well could take four or five Teams OVER THE TOP TO A CUP.....adding Hall to any Team any time anywhere is like dropping a one ounce gold coin into your cup of coffee....he literally takes Teams over the top,yes he has faults...but few and he produces.

I had not seen this article when I made the last post here.... so yes I was beating a dead horse.....Tippet moved so fast he caught me off guard....I am surprised in the most pleasant ways....he was clearly on top of things at the same pace I have been and he acted as quickly as humanly possible to provide the optimal remedial tweak to his Roster.....I do not believe he needed to hear Moma2s input on this one.

Note to DT......make sure the defense that supports the bottom six group involves themselves in all playactions as passionately and as stalwartly as they do for the top six. …. you cannot expect secondary scoring if you exclude the defensemen from the playactions in an ultra-conservative manner.....bottom six men need the same tools as top six men.....don't handcuff the bottom six by having defensemen who aren't as willing to join the playactions as others do.

Find a way to get Nail another NHL opportunity and help Jesse(Penguins need fresh blood) either get to work here or move on somewhere else, he has re-established his value now with his consistent play.....should be easy to get these things done....we will put them on the backburner now.

Sam Gagner is off the board for good now......that hatchet will now remain buried for good......Nail and Jesse can be remediated quite easily as we go along.

Moma2 will give the Oilers the benefit of the doubt and will TRUST that they will remediate these now 2 small details....trust again...trust.

I am very happy to see that by making the correct call on Sam Gagner BEFORE MOMA2 SPOUTED OFF LIKE A LOOSE CANNON.. Dave Tippet has clearly illustrated that he has a solid Professional attitude towards all the Men he works with....he has taken a huge step to building this level of trust with Moma2...…..Moma2 is starting to like this guy and wanting to go to war for and with this guy....odd...but true.

Once you put this stuff out there it goes viral immediately.....you simply have to keep it inhouse.

The Jets are familiar with the ice 6 feet on both sides of their blueline up high......a lot of their System core values stem from that area when they are rolling......so stop trying to make something work there that has not been working....move on and poke somewhere else......they are challenging you in that high ice area and are coming out on top because those battles favor their Systems natural focuses....which to keep it short are converting high ice turnovers into goals very quickly by taking turnovers there and transitionng zones and shooting from the external perimeter as fast as they can catching Goalies in transition themselves quite successfully.

The general idea of using the late upspeed support when you transition zones is NOT TO USE A MOVING PICK WHICH IS A PENALTY IN THE NHL...….you are cheating that process and mis-using it...….you are lazy and don't want to work on your timing or communicate optimally so you are making the pass late and then using the passer as a moving pick to impeded their checker....that's not the idea and that passer has great value to the entire NHS based playaction a value that does not lie in becom9ngan illegal pick....

So make that backpass a bit sooner and then penetrate deeply not always to the dead middle sometimes just use the entry speed to drive it wide on the wall and fly in really deep getting the playaction away from that high ice they like to operate in....they are less comfortable coming to the corner to challenge you or to the 1/2 wall.....they are big with long sticks and don't like working in the Phone Booth...so tonight you take them into the phone booth......hit each others sticks for redirects @ the backdoor.....passing from the 1/2 wall or deeper in the corner......make them come to get you in those corners....make them play more structured hockey deeper in thir zone....they will open up like a morning glory for you......look for the Horcoff one-timers....lol...like Leon likes to hammer in.

Sniping top corners from that deep spot just below the 1/2 wall seems to work well @ the NHL level......you don't always have to pass.....besides everyone is waiting to long to shoot.....tell everyone to get on that trigger...to work harder for the LOOK FOR THE angle TO MAKE THE EXTRA EFFORT AND STRETCH THEM OUT BEFORE THE SHOTS BUT NOT TO WASTE TIME LOOKING FOR THE EXTRA PASS...……

ONCE YOU GAIN THEIR ZONE LOOK FOR THE RINKWIDE e/w PASS...…...ISOLATE A SUPPORT ON THE FAR SIDE ALL ALONE....SUCK THEM OVER TO ONE SIDE BY FOCUSING LESS ON THE MIDDLE AND MORE ON THE WALLS AS YOU ENTER THEIR ZONE AT HIGH SPEED....MAKE THEM COLLAPSE TO ONE SIDE....THEN JUST POP IT OVER TO YOUR TRIGGERMAN......KEEP YOUR D-MEN BACK AND RESERVED BE CAREFUL BRINGING THEM IN BECAUSE THATS WHAT THE jETS ARE LOOKING FOR WHEN THEY CHALLENGE YOU SO HIGH SO OFTEN SO WELL......JUST GET IT A BIT DEEPER A BIT QUICKER THEN USE THAT SPACE TO SHOOT TOP CORNERS TO SNIP AT WILL...IF THEY LET YOU IN AND ALONE....USE THAT OPPORTUNITY TO LOOK FOR A SNIPE asap don't even blink just make your cut to the front and pop it up and in.

Pound pucks at their net from the points ASAP....looking redirect from both sides....just get those pucks on net ASAP because they will be challenging you up high aggressively....sooooo...the more times you push them back by getting it deep ASAP the more times you remove them from their comfort zone....do not dump and chase but try to reproduce that type of impact while you hold possession...basically use you zone entry penetration to set up the same type of plays your dump and chase normally sets up......get them back and deep in their own zone ASAP without giving up possession....everyone knows the rest of the drill....so just get the timing down and look for those little redirects and scoopshots from both backdoors......work your offense E/W and manage it from deeper into their zone......if pucks squirt out do not walk them on the line just bang them bck into the net front ASAP.

By the way its important to try to score shorthanded if they give you chances...seriously its a huge part of being a dominating team....so look for it.
