It looks like time is up for Eric Holder.

142 Democrats have joined with Republicans to end the Eric Holder stonewalling

on the Fast & Furious Scandal.

The vote was overwhelming. However, Nancy Pelosi chose to - abstain from voting -?

- Bye...bye...Eric Holder -

I really hope he goes down for this. The whole thing stinks, and this man is a scumbag. I could only imagine what this would be like if this was done with a (R) in office, rather than a (D). It would be lead news EVERY night. What's sad is that this has had to be fought on the fringe of the media because the MSM are a bunch of shills.

Not much to say here except long overdue.
May the wheels of justice grind exceedingly fine.

When Holder resigns then the Deputy Attorney General James Cole will take over

until another Attorney General moves into Holders office.

I'm wondering if Eric Holder has a large cardboard box on his desk right now?

It's time to clear out his desk and turn in his credentials.

Yep.
Holder let guns walk over the border.
Even though they knew there was straw purchases and people who were known bad guys buying the guns.
Then some 300 mexicans died and some border patrol agents. At least 1.
And then they tried to cover it up.

And they might of done all this to subvert the 2nd amendment.

It's sickening. They should charge his ass with murder or at least manslaughter for his part in the killing of the agent.

The missing documents may drag down Obama as well.

The strategy was to smear the gun dealers and then attack the 2nd Amendment.

It all went wrong.

Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed.

The thing is though, I don't just want the "fall man" Holder, I wan't them all, everyone who helped hatch this plot and helped execute it, make him name names, water board him until he does, I don't care, names...........

This was a direct assault on the American public by trying to undermine our 2nd amendment right through vile and despicable means. Throw the book at him and anyone else who had a hand in this travesty.

This is a clear victory for Darrel Issa.

Thank God the GOP regained control of the House of Representatives in November 2010.

They refused to stop straw purchasers from obtaining guns and coerced federally licensed firearms dealers in to cooperating. They then allowed these people to take the guns across the border. Their plan was to "trace" the weapons after they turned up at crime scenes.

So, basically they allowed it to happen in an effort to prove their claims about illegal "American" guns in Mexico. They also used it to enact a long gun registration scheme in border states.

Yes they allowed the cartels to obtain guns knowing they would be used in murders. The whole plan was to recover them from crime scenes in Mexico. They did it without notifying the Mexican government. It was also carried out despite vehement protest from many with in the BATFE.

The guys responsible for cooking up the scheme at the state offices of the BATFE were mostly promoted.

It is bigger than Watergate in every way you can imagine. However, the media has ignored it for the most part.

Is that right?

The entire policy was first piloted in Laredo... As in Texas

SO

"allowed it to happen in an effort to prove their claims about illegal "American" guns in Mexico. They also used it to enact a long gun registration scheme in border states"

is an after thought and a way to politicize what has happened...

Is the Bush Administration going to get blame for evoking the same policy?

The difference is that the program (wide reciever) that started under Bush used GPS and added funding for the Etrace program. They only lost 250 guns and ended the program saying, "never again." They also sought coopertion fom Mexican government officials on the federal and local level.

Fast and The Furious included such bright ideas as refusing to let agents even monitor the wharehouses were the weapons were being stored, the people transporting them, or informing the Mexican government of the new program. They allowed over 2,500 guns go across the border and never planned to stop the program. They also punished whistleblowers that spoke out against the program.

Wide Reciever was a complete failure and those that ordered the program should face official sanction. Fast and Furious was a complete failure, but the brass would not stop it. Not only that they actively sought to squash anyone that tried to report what was happening. There was also no chance of arrest since the Mexican government had no idea it was happening. Nobody but the DOJ and ATF knew what was happening. The only result could be the death of innocent civilians. Yet the DOJ and ATF have stonewalled any and every investigative procedure that congress has used to find out what happened, why, and who ordered it.

The Democrats are shivering in their shoes !

They are all afraid of a shellacking this November !

When you see somebody like Pelosi actually "abstaining" when she clearing should not only be voting "against" Issa, she should be vocal in favor of Holder also !!

Silence is golden.

If Pelosi is scared, the Dems are in very big trouble.
