Rupert Mudock has broken the law in some pretty heinous ways. Has he done it in this country? Dunno. Probably, but we don't know. Is proof of lawbreaking required by the FCC? Should the FCC be able to impose its authority on cable (not broadcast) t.v? A recent Supreme Court ruling on obcenity seemed to indicate otherwise. Kind of hard to tell with the dismal state of reporting in the U.S.

But no, let's not have a reasoned discussion.
