When it comes to immigration law it has nothing to doing the right thing it has everything to do with the left trying to secure the largest voting block in this country.

amen, and this is why they overturned the law requiring voters to have ID. Liberals know that illegal immigrants vote en masse at election time, and usually for the Dems, knowing that they won't be ID'd at the polling booth.

Also why they have Spanish language debates and campaign ads, despite the requirement that all US citizens possess a working fluency in English.

Personally and speculating on the Court's reasoning, I would suspect that their Opinion will be a direct attack on the lack of a coherent Federal immigration policy while allowing States to retain enough power to deal with being a border state.

All based on speculation and just following the case of course.

As for the Federal Government's lawyer -- they really need to start looking for someone who can tow the line and pitch their stance a bit better. He is a lightweight going up against heavyweights and it has shown now twice in two prolific cases.
