Yep I was one of those people against handcuffing the kid earlier in the week, but this was justified in my opinion. Something is definitely wrong when you have 7 and 8 year olds behaving like this. The children's home life and parents need to be investigated to see what if anything is going on at home to cause this. Then again they could just be bad kids. Not wired right.
