He decided to do this beforehand. There were kids there and he knowingly exposed himself to them. Under existing law he should be treated as a sex offender. If some nutcase exposed himself to my kids he would get hurt and I would go to jail.

We need a certain amount of screening before being allowed on a plane. I would be content with a metal detector and a swab for explosives.

But then the perverts in blue would have a sad because they couldn't rub your man parts. Have you seen how many of those dirtbags have been arrested?

He should have been arrested for assault with a dead weapon!

can't say I blame that guy. I fly quite a lot, and on a couple of occasions I wanted to do the same when harassed by airport security. It doesn't just happen in the USA. At some airports the staff seems to be more rude than others, and that is why I never fly via certain airports.

Oh for #s sake people. We all screamed for more safety after 911 and now they have provided this yet people are so #ing sensitive to the fact. "It's my freedom" well guess what you don't have any so stop bitching and get thru the scanner. If you cooperate like 99% of the others then you go thru just fine. I know, I've been thru them 7 or 8 times.

I don't remember me or anyone crying for more "safety" after 9/11... But somehow we got more overstretching laws. I was perfectly happy before that. I'm from just north of the border, but somehow what happened in the US has overflowed to us as well. We had around 300 people killed in one of the worst attacks before 9/11. It wasn't until September 11th that all the crazy had to be brought in to fight an enemy that doesn't really exist. (Kind of, sort of, some of the time they are around...)

I'd rather fly as a passenger willing to give my life trying to defend the people around me against a real threat than be fearful of the people at the gate.

I've never understood why people are so sensitive to the idea of getting a pat-down or going through a body scanner.......It's simply something done for safety. I don't see people protesting doctors offices because the doctor wants to stick his finger up your butt to do a prostate exam!

"Oh wait...but that's different...doctors are professionals....and the're doing it to keep us safe" ....Eh, but that's exactly the same reason TSA officials are doing their job!

Honestly I think people are just so sexually repressed that they freak out over the thought of someone touching them or seeing them naked....It's sort of sad really.

And what's with this guy's idea of protesting....He doesn't want to be seen naked on a body scanner so he gets undressed in public......Yeah...Ok....that makes sense!

That makes about as much sense as protesting a strip club by getting naked!

I always request a personal pat down.

I honestly don't mind being screened intimately, so long as the other person has to actually deal with me as a person rather than an entity to be passed through a digitizer.

I'm ok with nudity. I'm ok with another man touching my junk. I'm ok with making a person who takes a job at the TSA having to touch my junk whether they want to or not... because fact is NO "invasive" law can have any impact on our lives without another person choosing to enforce it. So I'm going to make sure every time they have to enforce it, they have to enforce it in my presence.

I will say it out loud right now: NO... I DO *NOT* WANT TO BE PROTECTED FROM AIRPLANE TERRORISM. Yes, I would rather go back to 1980's flying mindsets and risk it than continue this charade of absurdity.

Nudity is the only real answer to absurdity. You go naked man.

Namaste.

We all screamed for more safety? I don't recall being in on that one. In fact, what I remember is the government telling us they had to do it for our safety. I'm pretty sure it was their idea, not ours.

Wow, seriously repressed attitude there. I would understand that if the bloke was "standing to attention" but just for simple nudity?

Because it has absolutely nothing to do with safety, time and again it has been proven that you can with a little forethought and effort get just about anything through TSA, anyone remember the reporter with nuclear material making it through?

Give me my privacy and I shall ensure my own safety just fine. lets not forget this little gem in the good old constitution that seems to be getting stomped on regularly.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

AS for what the man did, Great protest, I say we get all women 18-40 of reasonably attractive build to participate in a nation wide protest and follow this mans example... all though itd probably be much more effective to get everyone else to do it who are outside of that category no one wants to see my ass naked shuffling through tsa...

I will get flamed for this but i have to say i am rather suspicious of those so anti nudity. Nudity is not sex for crying out loud. It actually rather makes me think that people so opposed to nudity are actually worried they may like what is on view or they worry that are lacking in comparison. Either way shows some serious body hang ups for something that is completely natural.

You might have screamed for more security but I certainly didn't. This madness has stopped me and a lot of other people like me are being hindered from even traveling. Some may enjoy being felt up, embarrassed , and treated as if your are being booked into a prison. However most of American don't get that kind of thrill. What was begun as airline security from terrorists is now being branched into every aspect of our daily lives. Who are we being protected from. Personally I feel that I need protected from this perverts that are paid by the money being robbed from my weekly paycheck.

Yes, but that quote is about the Government...Not a private industry. No one is forcing you to travel using their company. Also, simply because you can find examples of people getting through checkpoints, doesn't mean the whole system is faulty....In fact the Statistics don't line up with what you believe. The TSA has been finding more, and more people trying to smuggle firearms onto airplanes.

"The Transportation Security Administration says it found 1,238 firearms — an average of almost four a day — at its airport checkpoints last year." SOURCE

If that statistic doesn't make you want check points in airports, then I'm not sure what will! ........

Though I do agree with you on one thing...I'd much prefer seeing some attractive women doing such a protest, than the guy in the original post!

Than you sir are one of those people that prefer Safety over Liberty, and so deserve neither.

it is a government agency overseeing a private industry the government has bailed out numerous times...

And heres something to note, A supreme court rulling on the 4th amendment stated about what qualifies as "secure" in their persons..

Their finding was to base it on the Societal level of expectation of secure, being that these attacks on our personal freedoms WILL LOWER that expectations and make this common practices other places by other Law enforcment agency once it reaches the Societal level of expectation to be searched where ever you go.

In Katz v. United States, 389 U.S. 347 (1967), the Supreme Court ruled that a search occurs when 1) a person expects privacy in the thing searched and 2) society believes that expectation is reasonable. In Katz, the Supreme Court ruled that a search had occurred when the government wiretapped a telephone booth.[21] The Court's reasoning was that 1) the defendant expected that his phonebooth conversation would not be broadcast to the wider world and 2) society believes that expectation is reasonable.

So what happens when our children who we have been allowed to be stripped search by TSA thugs grow up, and think hey thats normal... Guess whos getting cavity searched in his old age at a traffic stop because they didn't stand up against this because their safety was more important than liberty...

Its you buddy.

Well I think the man who stripped naked at the airport is a hero. He is making a statement and what I think is really unbalanced is the fact pornography is available just about anywhere - try stopping Children from looking at that!

The artist Spencer Tunick (not sure of spelling) gathers willing participants to participate in the nude for his art works. There is a huge difference between standing still at an airport and disrobing because the security system is a violation of personal privacy - and say - a website that anyone can access by pressing a button to a world wide view of just about any type of sexual activity in living colour and in real time video.

The system is breaking down and it is only a matter of time before the cracks resemble huge gaping fissures - into which I can only imagine the trolls, shills and hopefully the cabal/illuminati/whatever may jump - fall or be coaxed into.

I like the idea a poster suggested about a huge mob of people turning up at the airport and disrobing. The only way that the people on this planet are going to regain their lives and privacy is to keep being honest. The man who is at the heart of this thread - he was being honest - he made a statement - I have nothing to hide and here I am so frustrated with the invasive system you supply - I will show you I have nothing to hide.

There is proof a plenty that 9/11 was planned and that many people in positions of authority knew when and where it would happen - they protected nobody.

Much Peace...to the naked man and the many many others who are well and truly over all the pretence ...
