Spirits dress with functional/operational human bodies.

We've been pretending to be human.

Our true spirit form is prolly part round and part shapeless.

Current reality poses non-supernatural when it is supernatural.

The Supreme Spirit is a mother and a lover to Her offspring.

There are two universes; the one is Paradise, and the other (one we're in now) is Hell.

In Paradise the world is the height of paradise.

In Hell the world is the height of hell.

The Supreme Spirit went through hell giving birth to Her offspring, and then wanted Her offspring to closely relate to the experience by sending Her offspring into Hell until She makes being there over with.

The Supreme Spirit naturally has character (femanin) and sexual orientation (bi-sexual).

When the Supreme Spirit who is femanin dresses in human bodies She created, She dresses in highly attractive female human bodies for Herself and for Her offspring.

Now what do you guess about our ultimate reality?

I sincerely hope that any creative spirit is far beyond the basic animal urges of sex. Sex, Sexuality, and Sexual Orientation are the most over rated, and rudimentary functions of human beings and part of our problem as a species is how much importance we place on sex.

The creator has no sexual orientation and it only reveals your own tragic humanness when you try and apply a base and crude human instinct to the divine.

Ah! But sexual gender is but a manifested aspect of a fundamental principle of creation which is the juxtaposition/balance between two opposing yet complimentary energies/forces.

It is expressed in a multitude of examples all around us.

The example of physical procreation/sex that we have in the material world is also a manifestation of the very essence of the creative act in the Spiritual which is the source of all...As Above So Below...but 'heaven' rules 'earth' and mind is ultimately over all matter.

ALL of physical creation is a metaphor for our Creator...a father and a mother both...just like we all have...we all have!

I didn't say anything about gender or masculine vs. feminine aspects. I was speaking specifically about sexuality and one's orientation, in response to the OP's claim that our creator was bisexual and poses in human form as an attractive woman.

Side note, where does this little "As above so below" aphorism originate? I've heard this various places and I understand what is meant by it, macrocosm in the microcosm deal, but it seems that a certain group of people who all subscribe to the same metaphysical system tend to use this exact phrase when explaining reality.

I believe that sex is a necessary act in order to bring new biological human life in the world, but these bodies that our souls inhabit are merely avatars. Sex drive and orientation is purely animal and completely distracts from our true selves. There is nothing mystical, mysterious, or spiritually relevant about it. It is necessary to produce new physical vessels for our souls and that is it.

When you claim there is some sort of divine sexuality or esoteric creative essence that manifests in the act of sex, you are merely anthropomorphizing the divine. There is nothing special about sex other than its necessity for mammalian reproduction.

Celibacy is the only way to true awakening. Fack Sex. It is used a control mechanism and it makes Men weaker in particular, because they get distracted from their true mission, whatever that may be. Self "love" accomplishes the same release, and you can roll over and go right to sleep without the unwanted intimacy and resulting emotional dependence that is the inevitable result of a sexual relationship.

I've been divorced for 5 years, and sure, getting married does not guarantee consummation, but I do
have a 6 year old that I am now raising. You can call me a virgin if you want, and as we are in an internet forum, there is really no way to prove that I have had sex other than by what I am writing. So I'll be a virgin if that is the only way you can understand someone eschewing the mystical and spiritual melding of souls.

I'm sure you have had sex, and do in fact have a daughter. but you are a virgin. You are a virgin because you have to actually give apart of yourself when you have sex, you have to open your soul it is not physical rather you might not even feel your body or even be in your body when you really have sex for the first time. you my friend have your mind made up. nothing will change your mind and you will never experience it this time round because your mind is closed.

My guess to our Ultimate Reality:

Unified oneness. I think that an energy, manna, essence, divine spirit is infused with all of creation. Everything derives from it and it is interwoven like a fabric that expands outward and encompasses the universe. Everything is linked from the highest to lowest order of all matter and exists within this sea of energy. There isn't anything that isn't connected to the other. It's the secret. The entire chain from beginning to end is one. The divine essence isn't just "above" separate from us. That is the illusion. It is above and below, within and without, everywhere.

We are not separate from anything and no one. Past, present, or even in the future. Our task - live.

For my ultimate reality I do not want to arise mentally and travel throughout the universe while I am still here, I just want to be simple. I want to be a simple down to earth human being. No I am not that, and I don't think many of us are. To me that is the definition of real, the feeling of reality, the experience of real, the understanding of real.

I didn't mean to derail the thread, as your original post asked others to speculate on the nature of reality, and I really didn't, but I think you brought up an issue that is in dire need of discussion. So I am going to start a new thread specifically about Sex and its role in our existence.

I am not completely anti-sex, or a prude (maybe I am a little bit of a prude), I just think that human beings get distracted and manipulated with sex, and it occupies so much of our conscious/waking lives, its frustrating.

Sure sex is fun and is useful in creating a specific type of bond between two people, I believe that putting too much emphasis or value on it distracts us from what we are really here for.

I wouldn't say that my mind is closed, as that would imply an unwillingness to entertain the contrary, and even though it doesn't look that way now, I have believed ideas similar to what you are arguing. But the myth of the mystical nature of sex was shattered once I had an understanding of its implications and costs vs benefits. I guess resolved or "mind made up" is more apropos.

You could be completely right and I have just been terrible in picking partners and every woman I've been with has been corrupted or base. But as I have never experienced what you are describing, I cannot relate. That being the case, I have no desire to put myself through the misery of a romantic relationship again and if that means that I will never have sex again, then I am cool with that. I don't believe in the "friends with benefits" or casual promiscuity that is currently being promoted, I can't in good conscience sleep with someone "NSA". Maybe losing my "virginity" is not in the cards this iteration and I am 100% willing to sacrifice that carnal knowledge of one's self you describe if it means that I can "keep the signal clear" as to what I need to be doing.

I am sure that their are those rare women you are talking about, but it seems like an absolute waste of my emotional resources and time to search for another person that will enable me to know myself better, which is kind of what you are insinuating. There is something wrong with me, as I tend to attract the same type of woman over and over again, when I was finally honest with myself, I realized as the common factor in all the relationships, so when I removed that factor (me) from romantic/sexual relationships, things became clearer and more tranquil. Know thyself, I believe that self knowledge does not require connection with another person and if you really need another person to have knowledge of yourself, there is something wrong.

But I am going to start a thread about Sex, as I think our conversation has sort of hijacked this thread, which is my own fault as I was the one who responded initially.

Star and Flag, WarJohn, a very good analogy of the Ultimate Reality. I too see the Supreme Spirit and Queen of Paradise as a Feminine Spirit, a Mother with a Womb, a virtual wellspring of abundant life and regeneration.

I believe the reality we all live in is created for us, computer generated by Crystalline Computers, Alien Technology. The collective Human Spirit has been trapped here, and religion and many other factors keep the Spirit dumbed down so that it never comes to realize who and what it really is. When a soul passes, it is captured, assessed for something or other, probably knowledge, wisdom, life experiences and spiritual awareness....and then passed on up the "ladder," to a higher plane of existence, or recycled into a new human receptacle after a 100 year delay, so that no time anomalies will occur, and friends and family will not recognize the person. Humans are always placed with the same souls, again and again, this is why you see, and meet people that you recognize, even though having never met them, and this is why the Deja Vu effect that happens sometimes. You are always born in the same Sun/Star/Astrology sign. You get to choose your parents. Each Human Soul is actually Two Human Souls, one male, the other female. When the male is incarnated into human flesh, she is on the other side, and vise versa. This is your true "Soul Mate". Rarely, both are incarnated at the same time, or close to one another.
