Well, Father, the best conclusion I can offer is that; this light is possibly a bug in front of the camera. I can and would think of deeper, as my "box" doesn't limit me to pure science, but i'll drop the "bug on/near the lense" theory down for now.
That is unfair. I would demand cameras inside the White House, basement included, the Pentagon, pointing at Barry Obama's .... you name it. They spy on you ... why can't you them?
