I don't believe in god, but if I did I would say Satan seems like the good one. He told eve metaphorically to eat the fruit of knowledge. Satan never demanded that you do things to appease him, or give your soul to him.

"and if I die before I awake, I pray the lord my soul to take." -that doesn't sound evil or creepy to you? to pray that some lord take your soul from you?

God came down and gave Mary a baby. I have never heard if this was artificial insemination or the implanting of an embryo. Doesn't matter!

Mary was married to Joseph and there is this Commandment about not taking another mans wife. Should Mary be stoned (as in to death). Is Jesus a bastard. Is he a God or is he half human. It is very confusing!

I've always had a deep feeling the "Word of God" was a sham. --"Be like this, be like that. Don't do this, nor that..." It goes on about how to be, basicly, a mindless follower. They talk of "freewill" but say if you act freely, you're sinning.... Well, okay.

I fail to differentiate Adam living in perfect unity and tempted by accessing unlimited knowledge, with an angel called Satan who also lost unity with god because of worldly gains.

+ Omnipotent
+ Omniscient
+ Omnipresent

If we assume God exists and is all-powerful, all-knowing, and everywhere at all times, then logically we can assume nothing can exist in absence of God.

So, assuming nothing can exist in absence of God, it's fair to assume God is also found in Satan, in Hell, or in anything else the human imagination can dream up or which the human ego would term to be good or bad, divine or evil.
