Another symptom of Herbicide Damage is something called "epinasty" which is the deforming, and twisting of leaves and twigs. A combination of the
plant growth hormones "auxin" and "ethylene" a gas hormone produced by bacteria inside the plant cells... mixed together cause cell elongation,
but not evenly throughout the plant, because the auxin did not originate in the plant, but translocated through it and getting stuck in some cellular
structures.
"Auxin" maybe an "exciter" to "gibberlic acid" and "cytokinon" Which causes "witch brooming" in the lack of said "auxins"
So you now have a symptom: "witch brooming with epinasty" Do you still think it is a disease or insect problem? or does this diagnosis make more
sense to you?
