Another "Hello ATS I'm new"

Hello ATS I'm new. Like a lot of people I'm sure, I have lurked along steadily reading the genius, outside of the box threads,and finally reached the breaking point. I had to get an account. I tend to find myself thinking,questioning, a lot, daily, countless hours, at work, with friends , when I wake up, and when I go to sleep. ... About our origins, philosophy, life outside this earth, the cosmos, the way we interact, how it could be better, how it could be worse, "conspiracy", (we need to find a new word for that) or "truth seeking", (might need a new one for that too). And I find members of ATS not only seem to be along the same paths, but they indeed always seem to have whatever I'm thinking ,no matter how "crazy", somewhere in the search engine. It is comforting to think, just when I think I'm the only one who may be thinking something I can type it in the search engine, and in fact, many people have indeed thought the same things and have even took it to the next level. I think everyone thinks about the things that are on here, they just think they are crazy , and haven't found this site yet.. In these times I also find myself going here for my news now.. As I'm sure many of you do.. Though sometimes I say I'm done with "conspiracy" and "truth seeking" I realize that I will never be. Seeing as though everything seems to have it, and I will forever seek truth. Though I know the saying , "I already have all the knowledge I seek inside". I still like to talk to people that are thought of as "on the fringes". I think you all may be the some of smartest individuals or free/original thinkers on the web,( though certain posts don't do any justice to that fact ).. I think it is absurd to think there is no life out there, or that we do not know our origins, I could go on forever... So I find myself here, along side you all, in this quest, and I am honored to be with you all at this time, just a keyboard stroke away....

Seeing that this is my chance to get to know you all - If any of you would like to message me ever to throw around certain topics, shoot around ideas, or simply chat, that would be greatly appreciated. I know for some odd reason it seems normal in our society not to talk to people, maybe because we do not know them, possibly thinking we have nothing in common, or we just get used to going about like ants or robots, connecting every now and then shortly , or artificially, whether it be in person or on the internet, please don't worry about any of that with me.


Though we find ourselves going through, and into, the dark side at times, we know it is only to seek the light.
May peace and serenity be upon us all,

For now you can reply to any thread in any forum you wish. Once you have achieved the minimum of 20 post replies, you will be able to create your own threads in their appropriate areas & additionally be able to send and receive messages to fellow ATS members. Private Messages can be sent to Staff only, (but after the 20 post minimum, you'll have full access).

Be sure to try out our Ask ATS with the "search words" of your choice. I'm sure you will find many threads to pick from to add your thoughts and opinions too. We encourage everyone to please contribute to existing threads rather than start a new one. This will also help guarantee that your thread won't end up as a duplicate located elsewhere. The ATS Search feature is your friend!

Here's a few thoughts before getting onto any one of the 1000's of topical rides at Above Top Secret, also known as ATS, the world's largest Civil & Unique Discussion Community.

*** Please be at least this tall to get on any of the rides, (Johnny stretches his arm outward), and act like an 'civil' adult. This will save you a lot of future stress, frustration and possible action by one of your friendly neighborhood Mods!

*** Please remember that some members are very passionate and vocal depending on what ride your on. Before getting on a ride, you should be mentally fit, emotionally stable and have a strong stomach for theories, conjecture, research and evidence presented that may be contrary to your own.

*** Please be "open-minded" enough to understand that sometimes the ride isn't always what you might think or expect. At times, you may learn something new and 'out-of-the-box' before you get off the ride, this is a natural and normal phenomena.

*** Please note that at times the ride gets overly-heated and "it's strongly suggested" to get off the ride to regroup one's thoughts before continuing. This will also help guarantee that the ride will move forward without getting derailed or explode into a fiery trashbin.

*** Please have fun! Be aware if you act in an uncivil-like manner, use profanity, intentionally spread a hoax and/or get verbally abusive, you will be removed off the ride by a Moderator. This is for your safety, & also for those both young and old on the ride with you.

So buckle up, keep your arms within the ride's comfort zone, have fun and "Deny Ignorance"...!
