I wonder what was going through this guys mind, to be running around the street screamin, vandalising cars, then...masturbating. Maybe he is under the influence of drugs and / or other substances. Or, maybe he has just suffered a mental breakdown due to stress??? What does ATS think about this? I feel that it is very strange.

I searched for the title i had and nothing came up, so excuse me if it had.

people who take the time to say "OMG THIS HAS BEEN POSTED SO MANY TIMES" need to take the time to actually use this search engine and see how bad it is. Its impossible to find anything on the ATS seach function. I wish they would fix it.

Maybe people who complain about the search engine should take the time and trouble to learn how to use it. Granted you can't always find everything but with 3 words I can pull up at least 5 articles, all duplicate. Try it for yourself: "Kony public masturbation". No disrespect meant, just saying.

The best thing for the search engine is to make it chronological. I want something that pops up recently not from 07. grant it something unique like naked guy masturbating would most likely pop up for you other subjects do not.

Yes, it'd be helpful if we had the option to sort by date, relevancy etc.

Did he have his socks on? Maybe his shoes? I couldn't see any other clothing

He certainly lost it there, it has to make one wonder these days.
Everyone seems to be losing it lately, at least he didn't harm anyone, although he's going to be a might embarrassed when he realizes what a hit he is on the news from this.

I dont think it takes a genius to realise where these children have actualy dissapeared too and this perverted deviant is setting up Joe Kones for the fall guy.
