Russia: Iran has proved it is ready for nuclear talks

Mmmmm... I think we ought to send in Russian and Chinese inspection teams to every US military and research base and look for signs of weapons programmes. Nuclear, biological, chemical etc... they must be hiding something! And, they arm, train and finance terrorists too.

I know, the above is ridiculous and will never happen, but it is no more ridiculous than your demand that Iran allow anyone the UN pleases to just turn up and wander around all their military or other sensitive sites.

Given the probable outcome should they not allow access.......... Iran faces a choice. Soon that choice will be made for them, but right now they still have options.

Like I said....either way, this doesn't end very well for anyone concerned. It would take a miracle come to a peaceful conclusion to this situation that both sides can live with.

It may be ridiculous, but it's better than the alternative.
