"Weird" Ordinary Kitchen brooms standing vertical by themselves, Does it work for you????

just to add to this, a thread from 2009 is talking about this very thing. So I think we can safely rule out the planets aligning, or some gravitational anomaly.
I did get a laugh out of the blue broom theory. (I did it with a red one last night) Standing the broom by itself I mean.

uhhh..i used to do that years ago when I was younger with a broom we had.

Nothing special it's just a perfect balance of weight.....or counter balance really.

You can do a similar thing with a can of coke where you leave so much in and tip it and it never tips over because the liquid acts a a counter balance.
