Alright Im making this topic so we can reenjoy the greatest music of all time....Heavy Metal...Not the Heavy Metal of now a days but the Heavy Metal of the 1980s When Metal Was filling the Air Ways with songs like "Cum on feel the noise" and "Kick Start My Heart". Not only did the "Hair Bands" of the 80s get a soft spot in girls through out the US And Europe not by their looks but By their songs and Power Ballads! These Power Ballads were soley for the women and they loved them! So in this topic WE will be posting as many Power Ballads and songs that we know of! And don't forget guys ROCK'N'ROLL!!!!!!!!!


Alright guys heres my list! I hope this brings back good memories of does nights with the guys and girls.


I will start off with 5 Power Ballads And you guys take it from there!

1. Heaven, By WARRANT . Heaven is probally the best Power ballad of all time no doubt about it.


2. Sister Christian, By Night Ranger! Well words can't describe this song...its just AWESOME! *Sadly it was their only number 1 hit*



3. Here we go Again, By WhiteSnake. White Snake was the master of power ballads, he truley knew how to make them!


4.Every Rose Has Its Thorn, By Poison Every thought these guys couldn't make a power ballad well this song proved them wrong!


5. November Rain, Guns N Roses . Guns N Roses Popped out of no were and took the country by storm! *sadly the group would fall apart*

I dont really listen to too much classic metal...but Id say Master of Puppets by Metallica.

A total representation of the rock in the 80's. SUCKS BIG TIME. Sorry, leaned on the Caps lock, point made. Don't let what Metallica did become take away from what they were. 20 years ago they smoked.

1) Cum on feel the noise. By Quiet Riot! Quiet Riot Made history by being the first Band to Hit 1 on the billboards!


2) Living With the Devil, Van Halen. Hell this song inspired kids to not take sh** from no one



3)Turbo Lover, Judas Priest. What Can I say if its from Judas Priest its kick a**


4) Paradise City, By Guns N' Roses. One of the great hits which sky rocketed GNR to superstardom


5) Rocket, By Def Leppard. Rocket was one of the songs that kept Def Leppard on the charts during the 80s
