Not to be rude, but why is a blizzard in Ontario a reportable event?

Because it was supposed 5 celcious and sunny. That sounds kinda odd though my friend are you indicating weather just instantly changed from sunny to snowy?

Sorry was meant for the OP sorry Mrs Nox!

See we get that effect here, it is usually warm and nice right before a storm. In fact today and tomorrow are supposed to be nice and then snow Sunday.

But you get all the lake effects, so you may not be used to the: sublime and then we nail you, weather.

well I mean from your weather in ontario it looks like you guys been tons of cold spells, has ben 5 celcious or more steadly? I mean a blizzard just cant show up out of nowhere unless there was serious drop in pressure and temp and even then if would have to be cloudy...

Where are you from

It's very possible to go from...

70 Degrees Fahrenheit to about 39 Degrees Fahrenheit in about 1 hour.

I have seen this before in Metro Detroit, Michigan!

It was a summer day, (Day before 4th of July)
The tempature w/o humidity... 93 Degrees... Temp w/ Humidity... 107 Degrees.

The Fireworks were supposed to start at 10:30pm est

This storm came in about 6:56pm est... It was a huge line... we had about 2 of them or 3.

The temp went from 107 degrees w/ Humidity to 62 Degrees WITH humidity in about 45 minutes...

No, it didn't spawn a tornado... It did have SOME hail... but no insane ones. It was a good storm, produced about 3 inches of water standing in about 45 min... so really what does this tell you?

I am not really a HUGE conspiracy theorist... but I think HAARP is somewhat responsible for this insane weather that we are in now.

Tornadoes in January? That isn't right...

Actually the weather in Ontario has been very strange this winter. Almost none in the south. We may have had maybe 8 inches of snow all year. That's extremely odd. Op, are you up north?

Ah, Barrie area. You're probably getting the "lake affect" off of Huron. Buffalo gets it hard from Lake Ontario.

Not that we are a huge snow state, it can change drom year to year. But no lie we have had half an inch. Even our slowest winter we have had five.

But NOAA said that the la nina is going to make it mild this year.

Now this summer? ......
