I haven't been up to date with the latest movie watching gadgets, but recently caught a couple movies on Blue Ray, my reaction was... well...
I found it was terrible. Terrible that the quality was so good, it looked so real, that it was too real. The reason I say that is because it looked
more like someone pretending or trying to act like they were in real life. Almost like a behind the scenes shot.
The actors that I have known over the years, are terribly ugly in high definition, and a few of them don't look any different than the guy taking my
money at the gas station.
Seeing the gas station attendant acting as an international secret agent would just not be that convincing...
I'm curious if others notice the same thing. And, do you think Hollywood will look for different types of people once HD becomes wide spread?
