He does good work (the guy with the apartment)... It's pretty impressive. I remember actually reading an article about this guy a while back, and seeing the pics in a magazine.

Waste of space though. I could see incorporating some of the design elements, but there's just no practical purpose for the console, for example, unless it's also a bar or something.
