Tax exempt income? Please retract that before I post actual proof. You seem to like to make things up and throw them out there with absolutely no proof. Congress critters are absolutely overpaid, but the do pay taxes on their incomes. He has done much more than read economic text books, but I wish our other "leaders" would take some time to educate themselves on basic economics. Maybe our deficit wouldn't be so huge.

Obama is NOT pulling us out of the overseas bases. That is part of the problem. WE ARE NOT TEAM AMERICA WORLD POLICE! The pentagon eats up over half of the American budget. This leaves us with a critical shortfall of money for domestic infrastructure improvements and new construction which WOULD create jobs.

Military families are moved around on an average of every three years. This costs a lot of money. If you have ever hired a moving company and moved from coast to coast or from America to an overseas location, you would understand the large sum of money involved in this aspect alone.

Meddling in the affairs of foreign countries and occupying their lands DOES NOT MAKE US SAFER AT HOME. GUARDING OUR OWN BORDERS WITH OUR OWN MILITARY MAKES US SAFER AT HOME.

Ron Paul's foreign policy is NOTHING LIKE OBAMA'S.
