There have been many weird accounts lately of wildlife straying far from their home territories or packs, another one that comes to mind is the Emperor Penguin that got lost and ended up in NZ.

I wonder how many other unpublicized stories like this there are,

I wonder if the ocean currents that are passing north off of Japan, have anything to do with it (radiation)?
An amazingly beautiful sea cat, none the less

Hello thank you for sharing.Wow amazing i have never seen this before i have so many questions about it i am going to do some research on why its so rare. This is an awesome post i really like post's on rare animals. There is so much we don't know about the ocean but yet it covers 71 percent of the Earth's surface and 95 percent of the underwater world remains unexplored. I think we should focus more on exploring the ocean and get a better Understanding on how life works down below. I also believe we can find cures for diseases by studying the plant life in the ocean. Can some one show me some good websites on rare sea Creature's?
