I wish I had the money to go out and get my brain scanned. I meditate 1-2 hours daily, without fail. When I first began I was obsessed and would
meditate for hours on end on the weekends. I definitely feel like a whole different person to who I was 2 years ago... but it didn't come without
pain either. Meditation forces you to look inward and for some of us, our inner self can be a really nasty place to visit. It forced me to overcome a
lot of prejudices, hatred and anger that I had in life and for that it's earned a devotee for life
