Motherboard front Panel connector. Need some help

I will conquer and figure it out.

Determination.

Not paying $120 bucks to put 4 wires where there suppose to go.

Those will connect to the yellow prongs in your motherboard picture. In the bottom right of your picture you can see the yellow pronged section and beneath it you can see the diagram. On the bottom row of the yellow prongs the left 4 pins will be speaker. Next two will be H. LED. Next two will be the Reset. Then go to the top row and connect the Power LEDs and the On and Off Switch. The cables should be labeled on the black connectors similar to the way they are labeled in the diagram beneath the yellow prongs.

Ground is - negative right or is it + positive?

You actually only need the PWR (power switch connected. Even then you can short the + - pins on the mobo to boot the PC, bypassing the need for the case switch.

Is the white wire always negative and the color part of the wire is positive?

Got them all in, now to test out the power supply.

Either look at the manual that came with your Motherboard, they will show a diagram of the hook up, or, go to the Motherboard support site and look it up. I sometimes have trouble with these, especially when swapping a used Motherboard to another case. The Internet is your friend in these situations.
One is power switch, usually orange. The wires should be labelled. One is Reset, one is HDD LED, and there may be others.
