The year where things are supposed to happen. We have been thinking about it for awhile, and here we are, in the context of the beginning of change...

If we can expect anything this year, I'd imagine a crescendo of this Iran-Israel-America situation. Will the UN put an embargo on Iranian oil? Will Iran close the strait of Hormuz because of such an embargo? Will America prevent such a closure of the strait? Will Israel attack Iran, which they believe is "less then a year away" from a bomb?

This year holds so much in potentia, it's quite frightening.

And then we have the global financial crisis...Much can be affected and determined by this Iran scenario, but even outside it, the reality of a worsening economy still confronts us.

And then there's the elections in America.. Will Ron Paul win the republican election? And if he does, will the PTB allow him to win the presidency?.....

2012, a year I hope will be good, but a part of me feels it just wont be.......

I expect a worsening economy, greater and bolder theft of money from pensions, from investors, from you and me by bankers and wall street types. I expect government in charge to not just look away, but to close their eyes completely and to stick their fingers in their ears when we cry. I expect to see my neighbors lose their homes. I expect to see and hear people say that my neighbors are dead beats and they get what they deserve. I expect these same people to not notice the trillions of dollars stolen by the wealthy. I expect to see US made weapons destroy more lives than last year. I expect to see propaganda from some lobby - from some group - to have the US get further involved in "spreading democracy throughout the middle east". I expect that democracy has never been spread to anywhere the people didn't initiate it. I expect that the remaining vestiges of the 1st, 4th Amendment and 5th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution will disappear. I expect that it will be deemed foolishness to believe in a Constitutional form of government for the U.S. I expect that more rich people will be elected to congress. I expect that only lobbies (corporate and otherwise) will have the ear of congress. I expect that those elected to congress will take bribes and totally undercut our voices. I expect that some judges won't reveal their conflicts of interest in making rulings. I expect religions to become increasingly intolerant, more dictatorial and invoke more fear. I expect that religions will ignite conflict resulting in deaths - sacrifices - which will be claimed to be the Will of God. I expect God will be disgusted. I expect I will hoard staples of food, gas, fishing and hunting equipment, and prepare a sailboat for an extended stay on a poisoned sea.

I feel there will be a large amount of people awakening to the fact that we are all just slaves to a criminal elite.

The tyrannical and fascist rulings will make people see that just because it's law, doesn't make it right.

Too many people feel they have to live their life by the law, or else. This will change imo.

This year shall mark the dawn of "Digital Democracy," wherein the individual shall turn the tables on govt. By adapting the social media model to governance, ordinary citizens shall actively participate in the de visions effecting their community, state and nation.

All manner of recording devices and data sharing formats shall e pose the darkest corners of every budget and negotiation and finally make use of the hundreds of millions of living computers (human brains) tomsolve the most complex and arcane problems facing humanity.

Light a 350,000,000 watt light bulb suddenly plugging into the grid, a new age of equality, equity and prosperity shall dawn. Small minded power freaks and hoarders of resources shall be ashamed of the pain they've caused human kind by promulgating fear.

This is it folks. We've finally arrived!

If I could, I'd open another account just to star you twice.

Only thing that's going to happen this year is that beezzer finally gets out of the Army.
Gonna grow my hair long (get dreds
and find a nice peaceful civilian job out in the world)

Spend more time on my website, spend more time with my wife and son. Spend more time stocking up, spend more time fishing and smelling the roses, because sooner or later (hopefully later) the poop will hit the fan.

Since, on a personal level, 2011 was the worst year I have ever experienced.......There is nothing that could possibly happen that would surprise me - period!!!

Personally, 2012 has got to be better! It's on the World level that things are extremely concerning......

Perhaps that's because people misinterpret the predictions surrounding 2012....

In my opinion, spiritual changes are manifest through global political events.... A war with Iran would be cataclysmic in its proportions. It would not be another Vietnam. Iran has one of the largest militaries in the world, and also a vast supply of liquid gold - oil, and thus economic leverage. If America decides to support Israel and attack Iran, don't be surprised if Iran's biggest trading partners - Russia and China - get involved.

While that's a distinct possibility, something inside me says this political situation of non-action will not continue. Whether that be interrupted by a unilateral strike by Israel on Iran's nuclear sites, or the impending UN sanctions on Iran's oil (which would severely damage Iran's economy) industry, the elites seem to have this year pegged for global change.

All beginnings start with pain, as in childbirth. Perhaps this is the significance of Mayan calendars predictions about 2012?

In any case, I am also open to the possibility that things will continue at the pace theyve been going for the last few years, who knows?? I thought this is something that deserves to be talked about - since we've been anxious, or at least I have been anxious, for this much-hyped year.

I'm just going to stay optimistic while preparing for the worst and hoping none of it happens.
Who knows what the new year is going to bring, really. All we can do is keep fighting the good fight and hope that our efforts as a whole pay off in a positive way.
Just my two pennies on it all.

I hope the economy will reverse and grow steadily again so all may work and earn money and not have that worry on the shoulders. That's too much with everything else going on.

I expect geomagnetic storms to increase and with that many unpredictable high winds racing across the globe as well as a high UV rating like we have never seen. Tornadoes, flooding and lightning storms.

Well.. I'm EXPECTING death, but I get the feeling that won't come to fruition. I'm not really expecting much from the world. Of course a new president and new policies, better policies hopefully. Oh, I guess I'm waiting for Anon to release that info they was talking about releasing on the 1st of January. Boy, I get the feeling those guys are bluffing their asses off.

i cant tell you what i expect but i can share what i doubt will happen: any good things to humanity that'd treat humans on a different levels than cockroaches, in short you are on your own like any insects, and nothing will come to save you!!

Im serious. Anyone that thinks otherwise is fooling himself.

I expect the same murder of many innocent people.

I expect the poor to be unable to afford the most basic things.

I expect the world to carry on in the same old way.

But I hope for a bit more light.
