As a RP supporter that knows a few others - IRL- I think the thing is we feel desperate. It's not about the man RP- it's about the ideas.

I know some people that are involved in occupy, but their answer seems to be to hate all the candidates.
WHat's that going to solve?

yes, don't respond to the threads lying about Ron Paul. It may be tempting to defend your position but don't feed the trolls.

I myself need to work on this as well.

We're all learning and growing together.

So I have a rhetorical question to ask. Why are there so many Ron Paul threads on ATS?

I see sooo many people with RP banners in their sig. Haven't seen any MR or MB banners yet. Who in their right mind would put an Obama banner in their sig? I know it's early in the game, but if it were up to ATS members alone, Ron Paul would win the election by a landslide.

The propaganda machines are only warming up folks, time to get out your tin foil hats!

Now you know how Obama Supporters feel every time Conservatives...

...call him a Socialist.
...go on about William Ayers.
...try to delegitimise his American citizenship.
...denigrate his academic experience.
...denigrate him as a "community organiser" and nothing more.

All of which has been done incessantly for years.

Wait, no, that's probably all fair game, right?

First, nice flow on youtube, I liked it alot. I have a vid as well, and just bought a cam to post more, soon.

About the depopulation meme.

First, not towing anyone's line here but my own, original thought. And I certainly am not
regurgitating any globalist agenda. And ummm, depopulation is a misnomer. Awareness
of what may be coming, and discourse on how best to handle over-pop is what I'm about.
It is a problem that cannot correct itself when there exists very little awareness of what
the future may bring. I just want people to be aware, and for the sake of future generations
begin to address the problem now so that TPTB won't implement some terrible "fix".

Now back to topic:

I don't worship Doctor Paul. As another poster put it, my anger is about fair play, and the way
the table is tilted. It is clear the MSM for whatever reason) is against Doctor Paul. To me
this is most intriguing. I question why? And my answer is that he against the establishment,
the power brokers and the greed of those who prey on the easy taxpayer dollar. (I have
my mind made up about who these entities are and why they are afraid of him, and I stand
against them even moreso than I STAND for Ron Paul). He simply is the ONLY candidate
that stands against this corruption with me. Couple that with his unerring principled voting
record, his apparent (to me anyway) honesty and integrity, and dingdingding...we have a
winner. For me there is nobody left to vote for, there is nobody left.

My passion derives from a desperation that if something is not changed NOW, it will never be.
The globalist agenda will go forward, liberty will suffer, humanity will suffer, and OUR children won't
be born into a world where we can express ourselves (as eloquently as you did in song) without
government over-sight of content of lyrics. I don't want my children born into a world of
oppression and I see Doctor Paul as one of the last chances to effectively stem that tide.

No, not fair game. what is good for the goose...

I initially liked Obama. There was a sense that he could heal some of the hurt of our racist
human past. He was eloquent, forceful, believable. A drastic change from the previous
near-idiot. With Bush I always felt as though I was watching a puppet show. That behind the scenes
his strings were being pulled and his words were being que'd into his ear like a forgetful
stage-actor. With Obama, I really felt that because he was black, he would, as a first objective,
not want to be seen as a patsy, but rather as a strong, principled, president, who took charge
and changed things for the better. Sadly, I think I was duped. It appears as though he is just
a better built puppet. One with a jaw-line and a firmer back-bone, and a more sincere look.
But I believe the agenda he is pushing (that isn't derived form the puppeteers) just happen
to be slightly socialistic. This was a card that he did not play during the
presidential race. It was tucked neatly in sleeve, out of sight, until he gained power.
If only he had done what he had promised to do prior to the election, if I didn't perceive
that he was a liar, I wouldn't even be talking about Ron Paul (except to note how unfairly
his is treated.) and I would be a HUGE OBAMA supporter. So this time around, I won't be swayed
by the unimportant promises, I'm voting for a candidate with a record that I can check.
And Doctor Ron Paul is the only candidate for me.

Well Obama IS a socialist. I wouldn't attack him for any of those other points though.

What is important to me is that he did not reject the Patriot Act 2.0 re-authorization.

He is for government intervention & bailouts, allowing for the mixture of government and corporations (fascism).

He did not veto NDAA.

He allows the wars to continue, bankrolling the military contractors with money printed out of thin air, backed by our military might (did you get that?)

The only reason we're 'leaving' Iraq is because the rule of law is going to be re-established on January 1st, 2012. But don't worry, we still have an extremely large US embassy already built in Iraq with 10,000-20,000 plain clothed military officers there.

The government cannot fix the economy and Obama strongly believes that it can. That is one of the most important reasons why I think he shouldn't be president.

I dont think I've even bothered opening an anti-Paul thread yet.
Think it would be like taking a ride on the short-bus and trying to discuss politics.
I would get more out of running full speed, head-first into a wall.

Thank you for watching my video. I appreciate that a lot. I still will never agree that over population is a problem and ever will be. Like I said, simple math explains how it will never ever ever get over 15 billion people. If everybody in the world had only 1 child the number would still go down over time. Some people, in fact A LOT of people, will never have kids or want kids so the number will start to go down after it peaks at about another billion. Fertility is dropping too already thanks to the globalists so that number is going to start crashing down in a few decades or centuries. EVERYONE IN THE WORLD WOULD HAVE TO HAVE 3 KIDS FOR THE NUMBER TO GO UP AND 4 TO DOUBLE THE NUMBER. LOL

Ron Paul knows about all of these things as well, that is why he is running, to open eyes and unlock minds so that everyone too can think like a human again and bring the globalists to justice. They cause the wars, the famines, the disasters, etc and this man has been knowing all of this for decades and sees right through the bs of mainstream media, education, religion, and society.
RON PAUL 2012!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In politics regarding each candidate...there is always going to be people that are for and against any particular candidate; knowing this is just common sense.

People have a right not to be a Ron Paul supporter...and to state why they are not....just as much as people who do support Ron Paul.

Having healthy discussions about who is for Ron Paul...or...who is against Ron Paul...is...

Denying Ignorance

Well Obama IS a socialist.

Hardely a socialist since he has been supporting corporate welfare and corporate corruption since day 1

SPUSA president Brian Moore called him "the farthest thing from socialism" so coming straight from the horse's mouth should mean something. BTW no one really gives spusa and cpusa any airtime, just like they didn't give Ron Paul much in the begining.

I wouldn't attack him for any of those other points though.

Good, cause beating a dead horse is silly.

What is important to me is that he did not reject the Patriot Act 2.0 re-authorization.

Good, but what makes you think Ron Paul would if he was president?

You actually think republicans care more about the working class than democrats? Please that is naive. They only blame government because they don't want to blame wall street. Now if you have millions invested in the stock market and want to double that quickly, then fine.

He is for government intervention & bailouts, allowing for the mixture of government and corporations (fascism)

Because center-left and center-right share not-so-distant ideals. Both are centrists and both are corporate puppets. Right wingers love capitalism and the more right you go the more "free market" it gets, meaning less regulations and more cronyism.

In other words a better choice is to go more left than more right. But everyone seems to be a millionare investor in america and has swallowed the red pill that "the right" cares about small and medium business. BS!! They care more about big business: no tariffs, plenty of illegal immigration, plenty of covert lobbying, covert donations, etc.

He did not veto NDAA.

Well lets see what Ron Paul does when he gets his chance. The last good republican president was Abraham Lincoln about 150 years ago. The last good democrat president was JFK about 50 years ago. Few try and they always fail.

He allows the wars to continue, bankrolling the military contractors with money printed out of thin air, backed by our military might (did you get that?)

That is why most people say "it doesn't matter who you vote for anymore" because both support crony capitalism. Nothing socialistic about that and obama or paul are hopeless to do anything about it.

Yet I see right wingers bash OWS relentlessly for months now and only the left supports it. They see a problem with the government, while others see a problem with big business and the ultra rich dictating to obama what should be done.

Those who do nothing but hate on Ron Paul and spew total nonsense BS about him are surely just [color=limegreen]ANTI-AMERICANS, TRAITORS, and CONSTITUTION-HATERS who amount to ZERO in the eyes of TRUE and DECENT Americans.

The nicest thing one can call them here are "TROLLS"...

The list of other more appropriate words to call them in addition to ANTI-AMERICAN, TRAITORS, and CONSTITUTION-HATERS are not allowed to be typed here.

[color=limegreen]Anti-Americans, traitors, and Constitution-haters.

It is obvious that you must consider yourself a "true" and "decent" American, but your comment(especially the little smiley face shooting at what you call "Anti-Americans, traitors and Constitution-haters") implies a desire to commit acts of violence against people who disagree with you politically.

In addition, your username is "HangTheTraitors" which again Implies violence to the aforementioned group of individuals that you disagree with.

Funny how some people feel compelled to exhert their liberty on others with an iron fist, eh?

If you're seriously considering Ron Paul as a presidential candidate, I wouldn't mind sharing with you why I believe Ron Paul WOULD do those things I listed Obama failed to do.

But if you're just trolling me because you have some higher agenda (like many I've already come across on ATS), I'll be on my merry way.

Now I have a question for you, have you ever done research on the UNDENIABLE CONSISTENCY of Ron Paul, his, policies, ideologies and voting record?

Yeah it reeks of hitler, stalin, castro, mao and a handfful other left or right brutal mudering dictators. Except only the left gets constantly slandered because the wall street crowd stands to lose too much money by allowing any nation to go truely left.

I hate what america has become AND I AM AN AMERICAN!

The constitution has been substituted by a british corporate charter during the Act of 1871. You are inadvertantly supporting tyrany with your ultra-right nonsense. What do you think all the interstate commerce laws are? Why do you think names are block capitalised?

You really have no idea what you are talking about and are a dangerous person!
