The bible has nothing to do with astrology-this meaning using the stars for divination, but the bible does have alot to say about Astronomy(stars and constellations), the mazaroth was what the Hebrews called it. it was corrupted at the tower of babel and made use of it for divination and for magical instruments. the sings are almost all the same in every culture, but originally they were story's taught by Enoch -threw- Abraham symbolical untill the birth of the messiah

Your daily horoscope is distributed by the same newspaper syndicate which distributes the comic strips. It is useless, and if you believe in it, it is idolatry.

However, the signs of the zodiac, and the nearby constellations, were named long ago by forgotten sages to tell a story - the very story of God's plan to save fallen man - i.e., the Gospel. You just have to set aside your disbelief for a while, and read the relevant books. One such is The Glory of the Stars, but I don't recall the author's name just now.

Edit: OK, I looked on the www, and the author is E. Raymond Capt.

Youre talking about the star gospel. The prophets knew of future events because God timed them and told them of these events being "written in the stars" that were called numerous times in the old and new testaments as "the signs in the heavens and signs in the earth". The "heavens" in the bible refers to "space" and the clock God used was our solar system with the stars (our galaxy and universe) as a backdrop.
