Sounds like clips from the speech of the Japan tsunami. Darn trolls on youtube will do anything for views.

This is taken out of context from another event that occurred.

There has been quite a lot of crap that went on this year...

Maybe referring to some of the tornados, the hurricane that went up the East coast, or possibly Japan.. I dunno. I'm sure someone will find out soon where it's from..

To think this kind of thing could get leaked would be crazy. Not to mention the person who posted is hiding the comments...

The video looks like its been edited quite a bit...pieced together sort of. It seems like this could have been parts of a speech given during the Japan earthquake or even the events in Joplin, Missouri earlier this year.

I think this video might be intended as a viral ad to pull people into the website noted on the video. The website sells emergency shelters, I think.
