if you google the name of the shelter company you can find out they made the video to increse sales of there shelters see at the end where it says the website name www.terravivos.com...

look for the caption in the video where is says all vivios shelters have been sealed (alla fall out 3)

LOL Yea I actually saw that speech so as soon as I heard that video I new what disaster it was from. That was terrible.
