Good catch,it made me count. And yes, it's 11 on one wing and 10 on the other.

Or if you count the inside 2 it is

11+2=13 on one side and
10+2=12 on the other

Count the feathers on the wings of the eagle on the seal on the one dollar bill too, i counted 32 on one wing and 33 on the other, Masonic levels? I would think so and the nine tail feathers are said to denote the nine ruling families of the IMF and the Bilderbergs? Who really knows what these nutjobs think.
