How did you discover above top secret?

I myself discovered ats while searching the internet for information on ancient spells and spirits.
Many people hear about ats from friends, some are like me and find it website by accident while others just typed it into the web browser to see if it was a real website. What is your story of how you discovered ats? Also check this website out below.

I found out about it during the time that the supposed "illuminati" member "Hidden_Hand" was on here posting and aswering questions as a "high-conscious" being. Was fascinating, nonetheless.

When 9/10 of the articles I had been reading were posted in threads on ATS I figured I wouldnt find any better sources for interesting(according to people like myself and ATS members)topics and news anywhere else on the net. For someone like myself that analyzes everything I read or hear about in the news, its just a little easier when youre on a website where everyone does that. So ya, seeing ATS everytime I hit search was the main reason.

I Googled "like minded crackpots"

The search results were, how to make a bong, something about crack whores, a bit of Japanese porn and ATS

I was doing a yahoo search on dec 21,2012. Once I saw everything there was on here I was hooked.

....You know, I can't remember. lol

I want to say another internet forum, ufocasebook, brought me here, but I really can't remember one specific thing leading me here.

Got interested in Aliens and UFOs months ago, so I've begun to search for stuff on the Internet. There were many forums, but most of them seemed to be very boring or given up.
I think if you're searching for Aliens for a longer time, you have to discover ATS sooner or later.
Of course there's lot of nonsense here on this site. But I didn't regret it. Love the forums and especially love to listen to ATS Live. ATS is always busy.

Was searching for information on certain subjects and came across certain topics on ATS. When I saw some of the ridiculous perspectives on ATS, I was forced to join.

I was searching for information about the Federal Reserve and kept running into this site. It's also the first place I have ever heard of Ron Paul. ATS is probably the best site I've been to on the web. Holds my attention for a while which is very rare for me.

i was ordered to take up a position as ` govt. disinfo troll ` at ATS , after unsucessfuly trolling :

a british tyre shop - no opportunity for trolling - but i did leasrn how to fit exhausts too

and

a govt IT contractor - thought what was a bit odd, but orders are orders

I've been lurking ATS for years and I cant really remember what brought me here. Most likely I had a question that couldn't
be answered by a more conventional source and as a side note, I just joined not more than a half an hour ago.

I became aware of ATS having read Jim Marr's book from the local library when looking for book on ufos and aliens and general conspiracy including books written by David Icke. ATS IS the best conspiracy forum by far as it attracts (for the most part) a better class of intellect.

I found ATS by reading a book which referred me here.. I've been lurking here ever since.

I became aware of Above top secret, looking for different view points on the 9/11 Attacks. And the conspiracy theories behind it, I originally went to the site for Loose Change, got sick of the arguing there, saw the link to here and clicked it.

Alas Once I joined up to ATS, I strayed away from what I originally came here for. Now I do not even go near the 9/11 Forum.

Weird I know. Now I prefer Social and Civil Unrest and the Politics of everything, or and Religious conspiracies..

ATS certainly opened my eyes to everything else conspiracy related.

I was lucky enough to stumble upon ATS while looking for information into the paranormal, and now I see that I will be addicted like every one else. I wish someone would of lead me to this site a long time ago. I just stumbled upon the site yesterday, so I'm very new but enjoying it all the same.
