Girl Witnesses An Amazing Act Of Nature While Boat Rowing

Thought i'd share this video, which shows a girl, a rowboat, and alot of birds flying above....alot.

Incredible to say the least. Hope you enjoy.

Something makes me want to go buy a rowboat, but at the same time I know I'd likely never get to witness such a thing on my rowboat.

That would have been absolutely crazy to witness... They were like 10-15 feet above her head in some instances..

Also, I see this was uploaded yesterday, I wonder if this is actually a brand new vid? Likely to get a lot of attention if so.

Thanks for sharing

Really helps to post a link to the other thread in these cases

Not saying it isn't there, but it's almost like saying 'just Google it'.. Not everyone is a black-belt in Google-fu.

Jeez, I had known it I would have included it. Well it is here Murmuration and it is not easy to find using google-fu just because the title has nothing to do with the video and there is not a complete description in the thread...

Actually, the title of the thread has a lot to do with the video.

As it states at the end of the video - "A collection of starlings is called a murmuration"

Just thought I'd throw that in there

I have a huge swarm of Starlings roosting just behind my place of work, and its now getting close to the time when these ariel acrobats begin their spectacular displays!

When it happens,it just stops me dead in my tracks!

A truly awesome and beautiful thing to see!

Although you are correct, I'd say the majority of people do not have that in their vocabulary, nor would they usually use such a word in a YouTube video / post description..

Just sayin..

Yeah, I've seen this here on ATS at least 3Xs. I also saw it on YahooNews, and again last night on Racheal Maddow.

It's such a beautiful and unexpected sight of nature's expression of pure joy, it can't be posted too many times, IMHO!

I also enjoyed the video, and as windword said, it just won't get old

I don't think I'll flag this thread, sorry but there's already a thread on this (as mentioned above) but heck, I'll give you a star for trying
Either way, it's a relief to see a thread that isn't "doom and gloom." Plus it gives more people a chance to see this awesome video

I'm just waiting for the "THE BIRDS ARE GATHERING!!! THEY'LL KILL US ALL DAMMIT!!!!" thread...

Amazing! And starlings are some nasty birds. I don't think I would have wanted to be underneath that.

There are birds like this living downtown New Orleans during the winter, and they WILL poop on your car.

Looks like amilitary experiment or has something to do with HAARP. Weird airshow indeed.
