Here are just a few of my digital pics while travelling around the back of a motorcycke in the countryside of Ontario, Canada. These pics will be used by me in my paintings, when I retire and have more time to devote to my art.

Hi I'm new here, well not new i've been lurking for a while but i am well impressed with the photos on here, and i would like to offer a few of my own for your perusal.
The photos were took on a Sony A-290 DSLR camera with various settings, i'm still learning about the gizmos it's got on it, and i've had for a year .
There are a selection of 6 took from my travels, and the end shots were of Bodywellan Castle in Wales where me & my wife had a holiday.
Anyway here goes.

Iam so not good at taking photographs, but couldn't help posting this shot of a rainbow that magically appeared outside our front door about an hour ago after a thunderstorm this morning. After all the horrible winter weather that is going on, I just stood in awe at seeing this mid-February. Enjoy!

I hope you all enjoy these pics of my recent swamp tour in Florida. With the next tour, I will search out another location with cypress, mangrove and eagles, and if very lucky, manatee.

This poor little thing wandered onto the road about five minutes away from our home about an hour ago. Just by pure chance my husband drove out to run an errand and swung back to grab me and the kids to see it and snap this photo. Police ushered it off the road and back towards the ocean, and not a minute too soon, as a big snow plow come barreling through moments later! Lucky little devil!

He/she looks so scared and cute though...
