a cup of yogurt strawberry or rasp.
half a grapefruit
a bit o organge juice
wee bit of fruit juice
Tastes so damn good, the grapefruit will lower your insulin levels, and it only takes 1 min to do.
Eat half a grapefruit 3 times a day you will lose so much weight.....
Don't forget lentil soup for the protein/fiber for your bowels......enjoy!
