for that to be true all his doctors and staff would have had to been in the know. And TPTB are not going to "spin" a tale and risk having a dr or nurse or lab tech to come out with the real truth later. He wasnt some john doe you know. The name steve jobs is famous and i bet you a thousand bucks even the guy at the blood lab knew whose samples he was looking at. If he didnt see cancer cells do you really think he would keep quiet about it?

In fact, the iPhone4S has every feature that the "iPhone5" was rumored or even wanted to have, except for a larger screen and "real 4G" (it has HSPA+ which various other carriers call 4G, but is not to be confused with LTE or WiMax).

That being said, I have no doubt that they already have plans for a larger screen iPhone, perhaps even with real 4G if the chipset ever enters a new generation that uses less power. I'm sure this will be released as the "iPhone 5" (what else would they call it?) and your conspiracy of them holding it back will be complete

As far as maximizing profits...why on earth would a business want to do that, life is all ice cream and butterflies and everything should be free right?

i think this thread should be in the predictions bin, as in the OP is predicting that a conspiracy theory will eventually be born on this topic. But today I dont see any theory, just someone trying to start one. Let's start off by defining what makes a conspiracy theory:

"The term "conspiracy theory" is used to indicate a narrative genre that includes a broad selection of (not necessarily related) arguments for the existence of grand conspiracies..constructed with methodological flaws"
the missing part here is the "flaws. You would need to point out incongruities in the public story. stuff that doesnt add up. Without that you are just spinning a story. It can't be called a conspiracy theory yet. Do some digging first and look for your incongruities, then come back and post a thread.

one thing i do know is we will hear more stuff along these lines in the future, and i am happy to say i got some people thinking about it.

Most people think they need to have a phone with them at all times (some people absolutely do), so it's helpful to have other features built into the same device, because it's right there when you need it. really i just look at it as the commercialistion of such ideas..
no one 'needs' it, only want it because of the crap that brands like apple embed in our sub concious.
very very few people actually need a phone at all times and the people who really need it could do with a pager in most cases.
i think its just another step in becoming more dumbed down, the fact we need 986408546045 of the latest inventions all in one 0.333mm device.

I appoligize for making you think I hate the thread??? I dont discussion is great and Deny Ignorance right thats the M.o. But Op you should know there is also some good out there and the world although it may appear a bad place from time to time. The world is not out to get you or Steve Jobs or Marilyn Monroe. i never said i 100% believed it just that it was possible, and reality is: its very possible in the world we live in.
dont feel bad, i know it gets me down sometimes but im thankfull i think the way i do.
im not afraid but i it does worry me, and how couldnt it..i see millions of fellow humans living in poverty and we all know how bad some stuff can get.
but that doesnt mean i dont see all the amazing things life has to offer, i just dont take it for granted.
