Because at this point you are no longer addressing what the TPTB actually are (The Powers That Be) or the Elite for lack of a better term you are only preaching hate and it is unacceptable in any form.

Yes you are right there is nothing about them that is elite or illuminated. We need something more descriptive than scum. I will think about.

How about "wicked oppressors"

I think the most descriptive term would be "Overseers."

In the antebellum South, the overseers were slaves tasked with keeping the other slaves in line. They thought they were better than the field slaves, almost on par with the slave owners, but at the end of the day, they were still as much slaves as the field hands.

I don't believe the "elite" are really the ones running the show. If they don't play their assigned role, they are eliminated, just like the rest of us.

Well, doing this with precision/maturity will not garner support on a forum that is generally filled with sensationalism.

Or maybe, now, people might be willing to participate in a version of this thread which intends to be productive?
