That probably means that they have now all incorporated the most recent orbital elements from STRATCOM.
Depending on how old the TLEs are, it could be accurate...for a little while.

How concerned should I be? I'm in Sydney Australia.

Funny thing is last night I heard on the news the satellite would hit us in Sydney at 7AM this morning. It's now 11:20AM.

A geocentric orbit
involves any object orbiting the Earth, such as the Moon or artificial satellites.
Currently there are approximately 2,465 artificial satellites orbiting the Earth,
and 6,216 pieces of space debris
as tracked by the Goddard Space Flight Center.

Over 16,291
previously launched objects
have decayed into the Earth's atmosphere.

2,465 artificial satellites
6,216 pieces of space debris,
=
8,681.-->tracked by the Goddard Space Flight Center.

Over 16,291
previously launched objects
have decayed into the Earth's atmosphere.

that leaves
16,291
-8,681
7,610 untracked???
just wondering ,,also
why do they let the satelites Decay into Low Orbit/Atmoshere?
Why not use a little of that fuel,,
and send into SPACE the GREAT beyond,,,,,
After all,,, ITS HALF WAY THERE ALREADY,, right?
or is it a cost/benifit/weight/ratio?
oh ya ,1:3200
who runs N.A.S.A?? Vegas?????
and i agree with Commander Armstrong,,,
1969 July 20 ,,MY Birthday

Thnks Commander,,
Cool,,wow,,yup,,Black and White,
(,t.v bonehead,,)
will never forget.

I am 99% certain that I observed it passing out on the southern horizon of my position in Dallas, TX approximately 10-minutes ago. It carried no trail behind it, from my observations. So, It has not entered the atmosphere as of yet (from my vantage point).

kind of falling into,
the area,
it was quick red ,
tight,
flare,
more prominent ,
than head,
actually didn't have time too look for more than,
1 steamboat,
2 sream.
and it was gone,
headed toward St. Pierre&Michelon?

It is over by ITALY now. How fast is this thing going? Italy already. I wonder if it will circle by again at that speed.

I have a picture of my Mom wearing a Skylab Hat from the 1979. It was a joke, they printed up these cardboard hats to jokingly protect us because no one knew where it would land.

I saw two lights, both are out of my site and no tails to be seen on them, just flickering lights. Now all gone, i cannot see them anymore.

Watching on UStream and Spaceflight now with split screen...I am not sure if it's gonna come round orbit again..It's velocity must have increased as it's going faster (it appears) and orbit seems tighter...but i'll leave it to the experts...I am wondering if the orbit might change again...It totally missed most of Canada (apart from Ontario/Quebec) and traversed east coast of US as expected....oh well not sure whether to keep camera/cam on standby or not as it's starting to get dark now..

Think 3-dimensionally. You are looking at a map of Earth, laid out on a flat, 2-dimensional grid.
