So what if you live in a detached house and you have a house party once a week with 15 friends who all stay the night (although not in the states, im sure this happens there as it happens at some of my friends houses every week) cars are left parked outside....

So does this mean a permit has to be applied for on a weekly basis or a permit for a year that allows such a gethering weekly?

also.. would you need to apply for a certain amount of people.. like once you have a permit (which in theory should be relativley ease to obtain) can you then have like a festival on your doorstep? or at as long as everyone is quiet a huge party everyweek (during the day so as not to break any late night noise pollution laws)

Its not gonna stop you having a wee party or any other normal small social gathering.... they wont come fining you for having a bloody bbq. But when you start pissing of all you neighbors because 50 people are turning twice a week every week, I think its fair enough.

Unless you want to hold some sort of regular mass gathering at your residential address, I wouldn't worry about it.

There are already laws that cover "pissing off neighbors".. in Ca it's 415PC... being a misdemeanor it requires a citizens arrest per 837PC if not committed in the officers presence.

..this 3 person limit is nothing but an end run by local govt around existing state laws.

I think if i lived there i would start hitting them with applications for permits from groups like nudist. biker groups. wiccans. the KKK, ECT ECT i would put the number of people between 5 and 10.

I would also put in a application for permit to picket city hall once a week.

Likely you would start seeing that mainstream groups got approved and groups the city did not want meeting in there city would not get approved. this is a big no no under the constitution

This would be all you would need to get a federal injunction to shut down the whole permit system

Now the question I pose is I'm a single mom with 2 teenage boys, if the boys & I are at home with both of their girlfriends & my boyfriend here in my house does that require said permit? I have a military ID, state DL, medical school ID, birth certificate, BIA card....does that not fully state I'm protected under the "Konstitution"?

If your neighbor started holding meetings involving fifty people, blocking your street with vehicles, you'd be pissed too!

They are operating something that is not suited to the residential area. The local authorities are totally correct in intervening here. Why should all their neighbors have to put up with the constant inconvenience?

You want to run a church, go and buy land and build one, or rent a hall.

This means you can't play a board game with your family because that's more than 3.
or can't play d&d with friends.

All you need to do is read the posts here on ATS to understand that Christians are under attack by Progressives and the Constitution be damned. It's all about control. They can't control our minds though. I'm sure that pisses them off. Stalin, Castro and Mao are their hero's and we can expect to see Religion have to go further and further underground as the Unions and Progressives take more and more control.

Next on the agenda is they will start giving special favors to their supporters. Oh, wait a minute they are already doing that. Do we need permits for a 3 on 3 basketball game at the park?

What if a couple is walking down the street, and runs into another couple they know? Can they not stand and talk to each other without getting a permit? What if they stand 20 ft apart, and yell at each other? Is that more acceptable?
