UARS is now officially off track! T-minus impact on earth. Make a guess where it will land!

UARS Tracker

Well I have been tracking the satellite religiously for the last few days and well about 45 minutes ago it has come off course. I am assuming it is entering our atmosphere.

I would like to poke a little fun at the Irish website taking bets and have us here on ATS guess where it might land.

I will start of by saying I think it will hit England.

Love you guys. Just a guess.

Time for a random prediction: It will land near Greenland.

It's going to hit me, in my lil' shack while reading this thread on ATS.

I always knew I would be taken out by the UARS. Damn quirky fate! My second guess is the Pacific Ocean.

There's just to much water not to hit, I'm guessing there LoL

I hope no one is hurt by this thing.

On the other hand, I bet pieces of UARS will be worth some big bucks on eBay

La Palma, Canary Islands: then triggering a landslide that then sets off a massive- aww, forget it. Maybe Secaucus, NJ?

My money is on it hitting the White House!

I say Arizona. THings always seem to fall from the sky here.

Somewhere near the Mexican border so we can focus attention down that way. Maybe take care of some drug cartels at the same time. One can hope can't they

I haven't been able to get the tracking to work
today, I thought it had been taken down as
some other people on ATS mentioned. So
you are saying it just went out of site 45 mins
ago and possibly entering the atmosphere.
May I ask what makes you think that is what
happened, I know nothing much about the
tracking procedure btw.

Also - if it has entered the atmosphere how
long until it hits earth?

It follows a path of yellow lines that go in a squiggly long line kinda of shape. ( If that makes sense) and about 45 minutes ago it started to go east instead of up and down.

Roswell.

I can even imagine the headline tomorrow...
