PETA plans porn website to promote message

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) — People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is planning to launch a pornographic website to promote its animal rights and vegan diet message, a move that critics say will backfire and ostracize them from mainstream society.

PETA spokeswoman Lindsay Rajt said in a telephone interview from Los Angeles on Tuesday that the group has applied with ICM Registry to launch the website peta.xxx.

PETA just seems to get more and more desperate... Everyone already knows how useless they are, and that they kill plenty of animals themselves. Now it looks like they've pretty much run out of terrible campaigns, and this is their last resort. Honestly, a porn site? It must be just for shock value, because there's no other way anyone will even pay attention to them at this point. Instead of looking like a legitimate organization that cares about animals, they're just looking dumber every day...

Out of all the appropriate things to do they choose to do it in a form of a porn site? Maybe they should just be another fail in our history.

PETA murders thousands of animals each year because people bring animals to them they do not have the resources to take care of. PETA doesn't have the resources to take care of them either so they kill them. They admit they do this under the guise of whats best for the animal.

Whats best for the animal? Don't bring your unwanted animal to those murdering bastards !!!

I don't care how they spread the message, and porn is a very popular medium. I support anything if it has to do with promoting wildlife and protecting our environment. I don't get why people give peta a hard time, their message is positive regardless.

Peta is despicable. I love animal rights causes, god knows we need advocacy for those who cannot 'speak' for themselves. But these wacko wack job 'single white female' Kuntz have been hot and bothered to be sex industry workers from the gitgo, but they were all too odd looking in one way or another, from what I could see over the years, and now they finally found a way to fullfill that fantasy.
